Fairantee™ is an innovative executive search pricing tool developed by Creative Talent Endeavors (CTE) that leverages AI-driven algorithms to establish fixed fees based on the true complexity of each role. This approach ensures that clients pay a transparent, value-based price that remains constant, regardless of the candidate's compensation. Key Features and Functionality: - AI-Powered Pricing Algorithm: Utilizes real-time market data and proprietary algorithms to calculate fair and competitive pricing for executive search assignments. - Fixed Fee Structure: Offers a predetermined fee that does not fluctuate with the candidate's salary, eliminating conflicts of interest inherent in traditional percentage-based fee models. - Transparent and Data-Driven: Provides clients with clear, data-backed pricing that reflects the actual effort and complexity involved in each search. Primary Value and User Benefits: Fairantee™ addresses the lack of transparency and potential conflicts of interest in traditional executive search pricing models. By focusing on the specific requirements and complexities of each role, it ensures that clients receive fair and consistent pricing, fostering trust and aligning the interests of both the search firm and the client.
