It shows the entire infrastructure hierarchy: from data centers and racks to components installed in servers and stored in the warehouse. The platform automates ready-to-go server provisioning: diagnostics, disk partitioning, OS installation from a built-in template library, and IP address assignment — the client receives a fully operational server within minutes after ordering. Colocation services, equipment diagnostics, traffic and energy consumption monitoring are also supported, along with storage system (SAN/NAS) management, including connectivity tracking and failure prediction. Administrators have access to tools for group BIOS and BMC firmware updates, bulk equipment import from CSV files, and automatic device discovery, which makes it possible to bring hundreds of new servers under management quickly. A graphical data center map visualizes rack layout and equipment status, simplifying day-to-day control. A self-service portal enables clients to independently reboot servers, reinstall the OS, view statistics, and manage networks. Deep integration with billing platforms and built-in modules for additional services (VLAN, static IP addresses, and others) allow extending the portfolio of services without replacing the management platform.

Data center infrastructure management (DCIM) software is used to manage, monitor, and optimize data center infrastructure by providing a unified view of IT assets and facility infrastructure, including power, cooling, and space. DCIM solutions help organizations understand how infrastructure components interact, enabling more informed operational and capacity planning decisions.

DCIM tools support functions such as asset management, performance monitoring, capacity planning, and energy management. They provide visibility into hardware, environmental conditions, and resource utilization, helping IT and operations teams maintain availability and improve efficiency across data center environments.

These solutions are commonly used by IT operations, facilities, and data center teams to manage complex environments. DCIM tools may integrate with other systems such as IT service management (ITSM), network monitoring, and building management systems (BMS) to provide broader operational insight.

To qualify for inclusion in the Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) category, a product must:

- Provide a unified model that integrates IT assets and facility infrastructure, including power, cooling, environmental, and physical space
- Enable capacity planning across power, cooling, or space, including forecasting or optimization recommendations which are informed by actual physical and operational constraints
- Offer a centralized system for documenting and tracking assets and their relationships, including physical or logical dependencies like network connectivity or power relationships
- Include reporting, visualization, or simulation capabilities, such as what-if scenarios, for operational planning and decision-making, where simulations reflect actual physical dependencies such as power paths and cooling constraints
- Continuously monitor IT and facility infrastructure, including power, cooling, and environmental conditions, to proactively identify and respond to risks before they affect operational continuity
