Facturo is invoicing software for Austrian freelancers and small businesses to manage their financial documents. It automatically calculates Austrian VAT and supports invoices, quotes, cost estimates, credit notes, and cancellation invoices. Business details are entered once and auto-fill across documents, while a customer database and product catalog cut repetitive data entry. The platform generates professional PDFs with your company logo and EPC-QR codes customers can scan to pay from their banking app. Quotes convert to invoices in one click, and a dashboard tracks invoiced amounts, outstanding payments, and overdue accounts. Payment reminders (Mahnungen) help recover unpaid invoices, while partial and final invoices support progressive billing on larger projects. Team accounts let an owner invite members who share the same clients, products, and business data, with billing and team management reserved for the owner.
