Facture Éclair is a French online quoting and invoicing software for any business that issues invoices: tradespeople, freelancers, liberal professions (lawyers, consultants), shops and small businesses in France. Pick your trade among 85: usual services, units and VAT rates are pre-filled, you set your own prices. Create the quote on your phone at the customer's place; the customer signs it online. Deposit invoices, progress (situation) invoices for construction work, final invoices that deduct everything already invoiced, and credit notes. Continuous numbering, unalterable documents, and French mandatory mentions checked before sending. E-invoices in Factur-X format (EN 16931, PDF/A-3), sent and received through the company's own approved e-invoicing platform (PA), ready for the French e-invoicing reform (2026-2027). Faster payment: IBAN and SEPA transfer QR code on the invoice, a "pay this invoice" page, automatic reminders. Accountant access in read-only mode with FEC export and sales/payment journals.
