Factura.ai was a great addition to our systems. We are a large QSR company that was sorely needing an A/P solution. During our search, we were recommended to look at Factura.ai, and we quickly recognized the potential of this system. From customized solutions to solve multi-unit issues, integration with our current Accounting software, the ability to work with vendors for direct invoice submission all added up to us saving many hours of manual data entry. The support team at Factura.ai is exceptionally responsive and insightful, assisting us with creative solutions for the various issues we threw at them. I can't think of anything to dislike. Anything brought up during implementation; be it an an issue or suggestion was quickly reacted to, resolved and implemented. Working with vendors, we've managed to virtually go paperless with our A/P processes. The single most significant benefit is in the time savings, from less manual data entry to no longer having to deal with all the paper invoice files. Recently we have been working with the Factura.ai team to implement credit card receipts to the system and statement reconciliation, which will save us even more time. The benefits of this system is that it is so efficient in the processing of daily High Volume invoices. I also want to add how great it is to for coding, you can save the GL code to a vendor and when reviewing before an upload to the accounting system, you are able to change it if required. It also allows us to make any changes. Some customers have their nuances that don't follow specific rules, and this enables us to make those changes for a few without having to change the entire system. The team at factura.ai quickly remedied any issues we had while testing the system. When uploading to our accounting software, we realized it was set up differently than others. Recommendations to others considering Factura.ai: This system assisted us with automating our AP process while allowing us to have the ability to make changes where needed for specific customers. We have realized with a more automated process; all the invoices are waiting in queue to be processed. We can see what is waiting, what has been checked, and what has been exported.
