It saves a lot of time and provides additional tools like filters, reports, graphics and pivot tables. This has improved a lot our process. Altough at first may be a little intimidating and different from other platforms, once you get used to it you never want to go back to your old platform. The custumer support is fantastic! Sometimes strugles a little reading the text or the vendors logos and when the invoices informations is not always on the same position it struggles to read the complete field. It has cut our manual input time for accounts payable entry by over 50% and streamlined our operations. It also has increased our efficiency and eliminated numerous manual input errors. It has greatly increased the volume and decreased the time it takes to get invoices into one of the accounting systems we use for hotels (Hotel Investor Apps). The integration is seamless and only took a couple of emails to get everything set up. Reviewing and confirming coding by exception is a game changer in the AP field and is very easy to use. The help desk is fantastic if you have a question. Everything is very intuitive and you can have an entry-level team member up and running quickly if they have an understanding of invoices. Factura.ia is most helpful when there are hundreds of invoices that need to be entered in a timely manner. There is no need to enter invoices one by one. Factura.ai is a great company to work with, and their software solution is exceptional and easy to use. We tested Factura.ai over three to four weeks while implementing Sage Intacct. The implementation team was phenomenal and worked well with our Intacct implementation partner. We thoroughly enjoyed the AI software; we now spend minimal time processing invoices. Thanks to AI-powered invoice capturing, we can complete the same task in one-fifth of the time. I also love the flexibility of Factura.ai; when forwarding invoices, Factura retains a copy of the email, which is super helpful if we need to refer to the email for essential details. Additionally, I like that you can add notes and search invoices by notes as well, fantastic. Teaming up Factura.ai with Sage Intacct was the best decision for the company.
