FactuMed is an automated CFDI 4.0 invoicing platform built exclusively for doctors, dentists, and private-practice specialists in Mexico. Instead of the doctor or their staff capturing patient data for every invoice, FactuMed flips the process: patients generate their own SAT-compliant invoices in 2–3 minutes, without any intervention from the medical practice. Here's how it works. When the doctor charges for a consultation, they generate a one-time invoicing code with the service and amount pre-configured. FactuMed automatically sends the patient a WhatsApp message. The patient replies with a PDF of their Constancia de Situación Fiscal (CIF) — an AI extracts their RFC, name, tax regime, and postal code — or fills out a short validated form without leaving the chat. The CFDI 4.0 is then stamped through a SAT-authorized PAC and delivered as PDF and XML by WhatsApp and email. Patients who prefer not to use WhatsApp can enter the same code on the practice's personalized self-invoicing web portal (factumed.mx/facturar/dr-name), available 24/7. FactuMed comes pre-configured for the medical sector: VAT exemption for professional medical services (Art. 15-XIV LIVA), the correct SAT service codes for general medicine, specialty consultations, and dental treatments, and CFDI usage validated against the patient's tax regime. This eliminates the data-entry errors that cause SAT rejections under CFDI 4.0, such as mismatched names or postal codes. Beyond stamping, FactuMed covers the full invoicing lifecycle: invoice cancellations with the SAT's four official reasons, automatic payment complements (Pagos 2.0) for PPD installment treatments, a dashboard with invoicing statistics, patient management, multi-user roles for assistants, CSV/JSON export, and enterprise-grade security with encrypted CSD certificates and two-factor authentication. Pricing is a flat $199 MXN per month with unlimited invoices — no per-invoice fees and no separate PAC contract. New practices get a 30-day free trial with unlimited invoicing, no credit card required. FactuMed replaces hours of monthly administrative work — manual invoicing takes 15–20 minutes per patient — with a flow where the practice's only action is generating a code. Doctors focus on patient care; invoicing runs itself.
