My favorite thing about FACTS SIS is the excellent customer service and customer resources available to me for training, learning and just everyday help. If I am unable to find the help I need on the help page the FACTS team is always willing and able to help me no matter how simple or complicated my problem. I was really nervous about implementation because we are a small school and I had to do most of it myself but FACTS made it so easy and was there with me all the time. I do not think it's userfriendly for configurating in the settings. If there's a report option not available, I don't think there should be an additional fee to have that report made. It's very sluggish in the a.m. when teachers are trying to take attendance. I imagine it's from the volume of schools using it all at the same time? FACTS SIS has been a great system for my school. The system is intuitive and easy to learn and utilize. Hubhelp and FACTS Space are very helpful, and the tech support is great. What I love most is the create a report feature. It is very helpful for pulling the data that I need and want. Our school previously used a different SIS and it was not easy for parents. We are a Montessori school so the academic side is not relavant to us. Most of our children are under 6 years of age so there were several things that didn't exactl meet our needs. It's fairly user friendly. I like that you can go back easily to past days to change attendance. Its easy to use to enter basic information. The more I use it the more user friendly I find it. When entering new students there are so many differnet screens to enter in that sometimes they can be missed and then information isn't entered correctly. I would like to be able to have two different codes for attendance for example code 1 would be T for tardy , but then the student leaves early due to illness and I wouldcode for a half day excused absence. I would like to have both codes populate. It's quite confusingto have to split families or families with non-traditional households. Prior to using FACTS SIS, we had another student information system that would "feed" into FACTS payment plans (since that organization didn't process payments). We would manage things reasonably well, but it was a bit clunky and very basic functionally.

Once we switched to FACTS SIS, it's like moving from an old black and white TV to high-definition color! We are able to seamlessly move through inquiry/admission to payment management, and we have options to define areas of particular focus for our school through user-defined fields. Our student portfolios are so comprehensive now, including medical requirements, automobile tags, behavior records, and other enhanced data needs.

FACTS even integrated data from our previous provider so our history would be comprehensive. They made implementation easy: we were up and running quickly. And having Hub Help tools and a highly responsive customer support team makes it incredibly simple to get our questions answered.

We are a busy school and have a lot of activity in all areas from preschool to grade 12. We use FACTS across the entire faculty and staff daily, with no slow down in responsiveness. We are so glad we made the change! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like many software companies, FACTS grew organically, and connects modules that may have originally been designed to operate in a stand-alone silo. FACTS has and continues to stitch these modules together seamlessly , but still allows customers the flexibility to buy some modules separately. We have been a part of the FACTS SIS family since 2012. We are grateful for the integration with FACTS tuition management and also utilize Online Application/Enrollment, School Site, FACTS Giving, and Parent Alert. There have been a number of improvements that FACTS has made throughout the years, and we appreciate their commitment to respond to user feeback and enhance their products. At times, we have been unable to access the SIS (error messages or slow response time), which hindered operations temporarily. Last year, I had an issue with report cards not displaying properly on iPhones, which has yet to be resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
