The system is very dated, takes a long time to load between pages, is not intuitive according to modern standards, is difficult to learn and use- and that's coming from an IT perspective. Typically, one parent needs to complete the enrollment process. Then, the Business Office must manually 'fix' the student's account to accommodate both parents. Once inside an account, it can be a little tricky to find what you are looking for. We often need to adjust payment schedules or amounts.
