I wish you could do it from your phone. I think it defeats the purpose of getting something out quick when you can't use your phone. I do not carry my laptop around... especially in an emergency. Love the Parent Alerts being - able to communicate with parents school wide, or smaller groups by grade level, classroom on individually. Love that parents can acces students assignments and newsletters and most important grades. Customer Support Is excellent. They always have our back. I think the program is very easy to use. If there was a way to mark parents in the system so that teachers knew immediately who the custodial parents to contact. We also collect Grandparents Data and it can kinda gets confusing sometimes with the same last names. Our grandparents are a great source for our fundraising campaigns.
