I love the account journey view in Factors.AI because it allows us to pull a full activity timeline for any domain, filtered by date, event, or user, providing a level of visibility we didn't have before. Account matching can be a hit or miss when our own Salesforce data is messy, since it relies on clean domain fields to connect activity to the right record. - different channels of ads that we run

- different pages that they've been to

- different interest groups, etc.

I think the dashboarding on factors or the predefined dashboard on factors is not really up to the potential it could be. Factors has a lot of data, through which they can come up with incredibly great insights for a company.

I had used a fair few analytics and account intelligence tools over the years, and FactorsAI is genuinely one of the best I've used. Honestly, there's very little to fault. I like most of the features and haven't come across anything that's caused real frustration. If I had to pick something, it would be that with so much depth to the platform, there's a bit of a learning curve at first to make the most of everything on offer. I like how Factors.AI solves the problem of not knowing who's on your website before they convert, allowing marketing to know if we're attracting the right companies. I also appreciate how it helps sales to know who they should reach out to instead of just waiting for inbound leads. It's great that I don’t need multiple tools to understand this data. We've been using Factors.ai for a while now, and it's one of the few tools in our stack I'd genuinely recommend without hesitation.
