What do you like best about FactFinder?

Fact Finder, provided you have the right initial data set, is a great tool that can enable the ability to aggregate data, create user friendly filters and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FactFinder?

It can be difficult to create campaigns and build your suggest dropdown on site. A drag and drop feature would go a long way to resolving this. This is I believe in a later update. This comes to the second dislike, all new updates often require a lot of integration changes on our side. With a limited IT resource, we often find ourselves years behind in the best Fact Finder setup because changes aren't implemented software side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering FactFinder:

I would recommend ensuring that you have the cleanest data you can, and ensure you set out time to implement correctly. Also, understand that you should integrate Fact Finder across both site navigation and search results, for the optimum user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FactFinder?

The wide range of functions makes it easy to navigate. Also the Price is not too high when compared to other similar apps.

The integration and implementation is Straight forward and saves time which allows to focus more on the critical aspects of running our project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FactFinder?

I experienced quite slowness with the application and i did raise a ticket to them and they did not take much time to resolve it. Excellent customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
