What do you like best about Factbird?

The live virtual production lines and the machine OEE keep operations on track. We now have the visibility to check batch progress. In total we have reduced the number of steps in our process by 60%, reduced operator travel and our data collection is now 85% more automated than before. We now have a fully closed-loop system where anybody can see what is happening in our manufacturing plant at any time. Also with the help of the team, we have developed a live dashboard giving a visual overview of the factory and its processes, this allows us to react faster when it comes to breakdowns or line stops. What do you dislike about Factbird?

The font is the main problem, we feel it is small on many of the menus. Some of our employees have poor vision and it's difficult for them with this smaller font. Also different pages for more than 8 lines, it would be preferred if this was on one page and we could just scroll down. In operations, we need to get the data as fast as possible so having a clear font, and key information viewable straight away is key. But if the fonts are the only problem then you're on the right lines with your product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Factbird?

We got this in its infancy and have since progressed to the latest version. With its ease of use and setting up, it makes rolling out the system to staff a simple and quick process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not a lot, to be honest. The only thing I can think of is mainly due to the environment we work in has called for us to fit long runs of cable to get from end to end on our lines Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Factbird?

Factbird not only deliver a OEE-system as other manufacturers but the level of customer focused usability is amazing.
