"Factbird for optimizing production and data gathering"

What do you like best about Factbird?

I have used factbird quite a lot over a period where we had downtime on a production line. Here a factbird was just to deliver performance before and after optimization. A factbird view was used for fixing the issues.

How easy it is to get an overview of the performance of our production linies. For me it is interesting to see how many stops there have been and for what reason.

Additionally we have data that comes from factbirds that goes into our performance board and here i have used the data that has been collected. The data i needed was about the total amount of the different components that had been produced on each shift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Factbird?

With the factbird view it would be great if the intervald while looking at the video could be increased. I think today it is 60 seconds. If possible a dropdown menu where you can choose the interval. Maybe going all the way up to 10 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We absolutely understand your point about the viewing interval on Factbird View. It sounds like a longer interval would really enhance your user experience. On System 1, the viewing interval is capped at 60 seconds. We want to let you know about our System 2, which allows continuous video viewing, not restricted to short intervals. It might be just the solution you're looking for :)

"Production surveillance in aggriculture manufacturing"

What do you like best about Factbird?

We use factbird cameras and sensors every day in all parts of our production, because of the easy setup. If we have a machine breakdown, we quickly install a new camera or sensor and immediately know that if it ever happens again we will know why. We have also just installed electricity measurement devices all over our production, to save power when the machines are not producing goods. Super easy install.

What do you dislike about Factbird?

We have a experienced a decent amount of factbird views that stopped working out of nowhere. And sometimes the cameras attached to the boxes only need a tiny push on the USB cable to also stop working. More stable connectivity would be great on those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Factbird?

Amazing tool to get an overview of your production performance. It is user-friendly. Easy to learn and teach to others. Easy to implement and start using. Easy to adapt into your day. Customer support is outstanding. POC's are always there to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Factbird?

With many lines it can be difficult to get a quick overview unless you are using Power Bi or similar. Extraction of data can be difficult you want to see several lines at the same time. Some difficulties when interacting with other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Factbird?

It gives true data from the production in a format that at easy to understand, regarding the speed and stop cources.

The company have a good spirit and is very helpfull. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Factbird?

The OEE 1-4can from my point of view be dificult to understand how its calculated, but that might be because of i'm not the one who set up the system.

We do not have expiriens with APIs so it is a bit difficult to setup full automated batch upload to the system, however the excel sheet is very easy to integrate to the ERP.

What do you like best about Factbird?

Easy to use. Easy to navigate overview.

It is fast to navigate to previous days or weeks.

With the colour coded timeline reviewing stops for potential risk is easy.

Batch controls makes it easy for operators and QA to be in compliance with our standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Factbird?

If a batch control is tied to a Team shift and the first batch of the day starts after the team shift, then the batch control is lost unless manually readded.

-If there could be a category for batch controls that are tied to each production day, the operators would not have to remember if all batch controls have popped up.

-This is specificly for controls that are only required at the start of the day like controls for the automatic systems and such.

The seach function for the Batches page is not that intuitive. When searching for a specific batch/PO number only a couple of batches will appear and not all of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nice software"

What do you like best about Factbird?

Easy overview, nice graphics. Very nice to get detailed statistics on the different lines. I really like that you can select each and every sensor installed on the lines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Factbird?

I find it a problem that when i want to search for a specific produkt in "batches", when i press search for products, i cant write the SKU number. I have to scroll down through all the products to find it. Otherwise i dont have any pain points so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
