What do you dislike about Factbird?

I can't really think of anything. If I have to mention something, I'd say that one splitter wasn't working accordingly upon arrival but even then -after getting in touch with Sterre Van Empelen- she sent us another 1 that arrived just the day after. Factbird's plug-and-play feature made for very easy hardware setup; we were collecting data the very day we unpacked it. When first integrating into the process, parts of the data capturing relied heavily on manual input from operators. Getting people onboard with this type of system can be tricky. What do you like best about Factbird?

I work in the fruit and vegetable industry. For packaging, we’ve been collecting data for years to gain better insights into where disruptions occur. With Factbird, you can start within a few hours and immediately gain valuable insights. Although we haven’t yet explored all the features, we’re already highly satisfied with the insights provided by Factbird. Communication is also prompt, and the service is excellent. The user interface is clear and comprehenisble for both operators and managers.

Factbird is especially user-friendly and you quickly learn to navigate the program's features.

One of the big advantages, from my point of view, is the ability to customize the dashboard, so whether you are an operator, technician, or manager, you can set it up to your own preferences and thereby keep an eye on your individual KPIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
