Knowing that alerts are independently verified helps build confidence in the product, but when you pair it with the speed of verification, it turns the product from a nice to have to a must have security and intelligence tool. There are not many downsides to Factal, but sometimes the geographic coverage can be thin in markets where social media is not used as widely or consistently to report breaking news. I find Factal to be user-friendly, intuitive, and has so many great resources and tools. The Factal team is extremely responsive and helpful with trainings offered and new features. It provides a good global overview and captures so much relevant information. I use it every day and always have the dashboard open. It is easy to integrate into our teams with langugage support and allows individuals to set up implementation according to the level of info they need. Factal has not only helped us to have vital historical data for our hundreds of global locations, but the resources offered, from briefings, trainings, ad-hoc incident chats have been really helpful in keeping us informed and engaged. Factal is fast and accurate. You do not need to spend time verifying when the team of Editors is on it. Specific topic lists and incident chats are extremely useful during times of crisis. If I have many concurrent tasks, Factal allows me to gather information very quickly before I am able to deep dive on an issue.
