The iLobby visitor management system, out of the box, is easy to use, navigate and implement. It integrates with various background checks to validate the guests from a security perspective. What do you dislike about FacilityOS? If you want to do things that are not out of the box, it can be very limited. For example, questions can not be conditional on other questions. This can be a challenge. Notifications are very limited, so if you want a notification to trigger on a particular guest type or question response, it probably can't do it. We use to rely on a manual process for registering, background checks, and greeting visitors. The iLobby VMS has automated almost all of this for us. Getting visitors to their company contact quickly. Even if they don't have anything scheduled, they can still pick a contact by department and wait for them to arrive.
