Also provides reports to show who was getting the most visitors, etc. Customer support is definitely there if you do have difficulties. The ease of integration into our system was very helpful. Due to the frequency of use in our facility, the system matches our needs. What do you dislike about FacilityOS? There are no downsides of using iLobby as it assisted our processes greatly! The iLobby system helps us to ensure visitors check in, are given a name badge and read and conduct the necessary GMP and Safety training required of our facilities. Set up was very straight forward and we were able to start utilizing it right away. We researched many other options and iLobby has proven to be the right choice. Beyond the features and functions, the iLobby team has been incredibly responsive and supportive. They have been great in helping us get our system to operate efficiently and optimally. This didn't allow us to capture any metrics (without manually reviewing all the pages). In addition with the old system, we found entries could be illegible, incomplete, or incorrect. iLobby has corrected all of this and added more functionality to include Denied Party Screening through the integration of Visual Compliance. It does everything and keeps me organized. I really like pre-registering visitors. This process makes checking in visitors much more efficient. I believe that the visitors like it as well. When I create the event, it gets added to my calendar so I know who is coming and when. The visitor receives an email and completes the registration via a link. It takes less than 30 seconds to complete. Everyone loves that it is quick because nobody has time anymore. It's great that I can tell that they have completed it. Once they have registered and receive their QR code, the process is seamless. If for some reason, they do not have their code with them, I can always print it and get them signed in that way. I like that i can make the visits recurring and use the same code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about FacilityOS? When some visitors come back, they are considered "Returning" visitors. I don't always have them pre-registered so they sign in via kiosk using "returning visitor" selection. It does not always work. It is not a big deal, they just sign in as new visitor. the events do not clear when they are done. I am currently undecided if I want the past events to auto delete or if I want to keep them. I love that FacilityOS just works with very low maintenance, and the support is always quick to respond and helpful. What do you dislike about FacilityOS? Some of their product addons are a little unclear about what they actually do. We were looking to add a second device for an additional door at our facility. We were told there was QR code functionality that could be added to help multiple people sign in. The barcode is dynamic and locked to only a single device which wasn't what we expected it was. FacilityOS allows us to seamlessly integrate frontline mailroom workers with central office staff. The Intra software is easy for staff to be trained on and gives detailed information for how our mailrooms are operating. Intergration with StarRez allows our recipient data to be updated daily so staff are able to best direct incoming items. Lack of weekend tech support can be challenging in high volume times. Temporary licenses are no longer being offered/sold which were a great benefit to during our busiest times of the year. FaciltyOS allowed us to modernize operations with tracking of items entering/leaving the mailroom and notifying recipients when items are ready for pick-up. We like that we are able to see who is in the office for the day; We like that we can go back and see who was in the office on certain dates to verify if employees did in fact attend a training; We like that it notifies all of HQ employees when expected/unexpected guests have arrived via email; We like that we can add in expected guests into the system ahead of time, making the sign in process easier & quicker; Achilles and Damjan have been great when it comes to Customer Support, they were able to customize the sign in fields to our needs; The integration process has been great with our employees, it is easy to use with the QR code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about FacilityOS? Only thing is we wish that the Sign Out button on the bottom right-hand corner of the kiosk could be bigger or highlighted to stand out better. We can now see who is in the building for the day, especially if we missed them come into the door. Our office is hybrid, so this allows us to let unexpected guests know whether or not someone is in the office to be able to help them with their needs.
