(2)5.0/5

Facility Manager Professional™ (FM Pro) is a unified facility management platform that combines interactive mapping, work order management, preventive maintenance, asset tracking, and lifecycle planning into one integrated system. Designed for government, public‑sector, education, healthcare, and multi‑site organizations, FM Pro provides a complete visual and operational picture of every building, system, and asset. FM Pro includes built‑in CAD tools that allow teams to import existing drawings or scanned blueprints and instantly convert them into interactive facility maps—no AutoCAD license required. Every room, zone, system, and asset can be mapped visually, giving facility teams a clear, intuitive way to understand their buildings. Photo‑based asset tracking ensures accurate placement, faster identification, and improved documentation for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, IT, life‑safety, and specialty equipment. The platform centralizes work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, asset histories, inventory, documents, and reporting. FM Pro’s work order system is designed for speed and clarity, allowing staff to submit requests, attach photos, track progress, and complete tasks with full visibility. Preventive maintenance tools help organizations reduce downtime, extend asset life, and stay ahead of compliance requirements. FM Pro also supports emergency and life‑safety mapping, including evacuation routes, shutoff locations, medical equipment, and critical infrastructure. System‑level mapping provides detailed visibility into HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and IT networks, helping teams troubleshoot issues faster and plan upgrades more effectively. Compliance tools for ADA, OSHA, IFMA, and BOMA standards are built into the platform, enabling organizations to maintain regulatory readiness and document improvements. FM Pro’s lifecycle planning features help leaders forecast capital needs, prioritize projects, and make data‑driven decisions. With a modern interface, fast deployment options, and support for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, FM Pro gives facility teams a powerful, easy‑to‑use platform that improves efficiency, communication, and long‑term planning. Whether managing a single building or an entire district, FM Pro delivers the clarity, control, and insight needed to operate facilities at a higher standard.
