  ### 1. Robust, Flexible, and User-Friendly

**What do you like best about FSI?**

I like how robust the system is. It can be tailored to your usage whether you want super intricate in some areas or simple in others. It's also very user friendly for the techs who are using CMS Tech on the iPads to complete Work Orders.

**What do you dislike about FSI?**

Creating readings for Procedures is a slog, and you are unable to generate Work Orders with grouped assets on the fly. This becomes an issue when a PM is missing and needs to be built but they must wait until the next day to do so.

**What problems is FSI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were previously on a system that was a glorified Access database, and all of our Work Orders needed to be printed out. This has been leagues better completing Work Orders on the iPads. Reporting has also gotten more refined.

**What do you like best about FSI?**

The best part about this software is the easy to use user interface.  It is easy for all employees to enter work orders.

**What do you dislike about FSI?**

I have not found a lot to dislike about this software.

**What problems is FSI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this software to auto assign work orders to the correct maintenance person based on location provided.  This speed up the time to resolution.
