**What do you like best about FacilGo?**

The excellent support the FacilGo team provided during beta testing, implementation, and usage of FacilGo. Everybody on the FacilGo team is willing to jump in and answer any questions.

**What do you dislike about FacilGo?**

This is a great software to use for all management needs. It took a little time to get it set up they we wanted it configured but any software that can be tailored to the customers needs would take time.

**What problems is FacilGo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FacilGo helped with work order accountability and our inspection process. Being able to document with pictures, timestamps, and reports, and share all this information with the appropriate people, was very helpful.

I like that it can be customized to fit my needs.

**What do you dislike about FacilGo?**

Nothing really once you give the Facilgo team what you need. It takes a time or two to get things refine to what you want.

**What problems is FacilGo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facilgo has been able to streamline our work order processes and make them more efficient.
