**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

I am so pleased with FaceUp.  It allows employees to communicate concerns and kudos either annonymously or by name.  It improves communication and removes barriers. Implementation was easy and the customer support was spot on.

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

I haven't found anything I disklike about FaceUp.  The software is solid and easy to use.

FaceUp allows employees to report annonymously which removes any concerns about whistleblowing.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

A lot of options which are needed and helpful, ease of use, possibility to create own form, own categories, customization of members. The implementation was very easy. Creating of new report is also very intelligible.

Answering of my questions via e-mail took longer time or I have no answer.I would also prefer to have more possibilities to assimilate organisation structure.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

I would love to tell you about our experience with the FaceUp app (we use CZ version called NNTB) so far. Our organisation is supporting families impacted by child abuse. Safety, privacy, openness, kindness and communication about every topic - good or bad are all in our DNA. So finding a tool that will allow us to get closer to our values is what makes us excited.

Back to the tool: I wasn´t the one to find it, I was the one asked to make it go live. In five days if possible. I am no IT girl so I opened FaceUp with some wrinkles on my forehead and a bit of fear around my stomach. Julie from the support offered me a call. And I never used this offer. 

Why? Because of the way FaceUp is structured and with every single question I had on my list already answered very logically and with flexibly offered in every step at the same time. Omg. That was just me, reading it in two hours from the top to the bottom, testing it twice to understand the process of sending info to the app, replying from the app, archiving, analyzing statistics… 

To put it in a nutshell: 

-- FaceUp app is fantastic and more than helpful
-- it is easy to maintain the whole process and learn how to do it on your own within a short period of time
-- their support is amazing (even when we were changing our requests around invoicing several times)
-- our team is using it freely and we have some issues covered already and some in progress
-- and we love it!

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

That I didn't learn about it earlier. I am happily recommending it to all companies and NGOs around me these days because every organisation would benefit from implementation.

It offers our employees, partners and clients a safe and fully anonymous way to inform us about issues that need our focus - small ones like how to improve our office space and big ones to cover any harassment, misconduct or ethical issue within our team.

Technically everything works fine, but success depends on implementation. We need to convince people, that this channel is secure and easy to use. We give ourselves one year for evaluation. As we don't see any technical issues, the main KPI will be the number of cases coming via this channel. As we are just starting, our number of cases is zero except few tests.

How fast they are moving in product development. At the first meeting, we mentioned a few things that are missing in the system. These are all working now. What we really love is also their language support as we are a company with contractors all over the world. It is easier for them to share their thoughts if the interface is in their native language.

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

FaceUp is still a startup as like as us and they don't yet have as comprehensive a product as some whistleblowing tools that have been around for many years. However, their progress is admirable.

If you are hesitant, just schedule the demo as they are helpful & willing to find the best fit whenever possible.

In our company, we have had a customization problem with whistleblowing systems we were using before.
With FaceUp, we can customize everything we need very easily.

After setting up the whole system, I delegated the management of FaceUp to someone else and their learning curve was pretty fast.
Our team is grateful for FaceUp in-app materials because it provides SHORT and useful information about dealing with inside problems according to law.

Communication with the reporter is always easy and comfortable for both sides.

I've got nothing in mind. Every problem (small details) we've had with FaceUp was always solved quickly.

We are using FaceUp for almost a year as the main whistleblowing system. Our employees weren't using the previous tools much, but FaceUp improved it a lot.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

Having software in place which allows anybody in the team anonymously brings up pretty much any topic or issue helps us (business owners) to face the potential problems as soon as they come up. This helps us have a great company culture and team that can rely on the fact that the issues will be solved or discussed. More on the software itself – the onboarding process was flawless, and the support team was always happy to help with any questions we encountered. I'd also like to give them a big thumbs up for managing data and how serious they are about security.

The app pretty much solves everything we wished for.

We especially like the user interface of the app, combined with very high security. The product responds well to the needs of the new European Whistleblower Protection Directive and, in combination with a law firm that can be the system administrator, the company can easily meet this legislative obligation. The price is also very pleasing.

We can't think of anything major. If a bug is found, their in-house development team quickly fixes it.

I didn't find anything in particular that we didn't like. Everything works the way we expected. We are really happy with the tool. The only thing is that I wish we used it sooner.

FaceUp is simply the best whistleblowing tool I know. I love its simplicity and the thoughtfulness of its individual features. It complies with GDPR and all other laws and we have already managed to resolve several cases with it.

FaceUp is still a startup, but they do an amazing job. I can and will only recommend FaceUp.

I like the pro-customer approach of the team. It's probably because they're still a small and flexible team. They can respond quickly to our requests there. In addition to customer support, we also talked to the product manager and co-founder of the platform, from which I judge that they take client feedback really seriously.

We found some confusion at the beginning, but everything was resolved.

**What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted more things:
- to set up a tool for reporting unethical behaviour in companies,
- address the requirements of new legislation protecting whistleblowers,
- collect feedback from our employees,
- and demonstrate our focus on CSR.

We managed to solve all of this mainly through custumisatiom, working with categories, organisational structure and access. It also convinced us that we were supporting the fight against bullying in thousands of schools through our involvement.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

In comparison to the majority of tools on the market, FaceUp manages to make its platform easy to use for anyone, without the need for long training sessions, while still giving you lots of options and possibilities of what you can do. The integration was also very fast, thanks to the free trial available.

There isn't much to dislike here, really. When we found something that could be improved, FaceUp was very responsive to our feedback and able to help us out in one way or another.

Using FaceUp as a whistleblowing solution, implemented to comply with the EU Whistleblowing directive. It's great that everyone now has a way to reach out internally and speak up in case they - or someone else- is not feeling well, or if there's a problem we should know about.

A lot of things: Multilingualism, simplicity, customer service, user experience, and a positive surprise was the low price. If you are looking for a very high-quality whistleblowing solution for international needs, most of FaceUp's competitors are much more expensive.

Implementation on our own servers is not as cheap as running on the cloud. Although FaceUp offered us this option when asked, we decided to go with the cloud in the end.

They don't currently have as good a workflow as they could have. However, I have spoken to support and they have been showing new designs of the administration where they are improving it noticeably.

I am dealing with the obligations arising from the new EU directive. FaceUp has all the necessary features - anonymity, archiving, deadline watch, automatic response to the whistleblower, GDPR compliant...

The app works in the cloud, so it's available anytime, anywhere. I also like the possibility of further communication with the sender of the report.
