Ease of anonymous communication in need.

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

Nothing, the app works very good and it has already helped some children.

**What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solved that some childen used it to just try it. To me it is very valuable app, because some children are not brave enough to come, and tell me about their problems. For children it is easier to use the app. Using the app's callback feature, you can track down and help a child in need.

Clear design, stable, bug free, customization, mobile apps, voice messaging

Nothing major. As I mentioned everything is clear, easy and user friendly.

We were looking for a tool with a quick implementation that would help us easily and without high costs to fulfill the requirement to implement a reporting form on the company's website.

Using this platform was surprisingly friendly and intuitive. It seems these guys have experience and know very well what they do.

I didn't find any aspects to dislike. Everything was working well for me.

I highly recommend to subscribe the Premium version, it is worth it.

The platform was implemented by our HR to cheer up the employees to speak up and solve everything anonymously.

Above all, I like the straightforward design and the ability to do everything in a few clicks. The responsive customer support, online onboarding and sample materials are also nice. 

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

They could add a template for an internal directive in multiple languages... Although the system works in 70+ languages, not all materials are translated. But there is no problem, FaceUp translates everything one by one.

**What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Face Up gives voice to the silent majority. Hence, it is an important part of a healthy company culture.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

We love the simplicity of FaceUp the most. It’s so easy to fill and send the report, especially since it’s customizable, and we can have employees choose different categories based on the topic of their message. Then it’s incredibly simple for us to navigate these reports and solve them, and thanks to the overviews available in the administration, we can process multiple reports at once without losing track.

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

In the beginning, we were skeptical of how our employees will react and whether they will want to use this platform. However, since we implemented it, we have only received positive feedback from all sides.

**What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use FaceUp to gather different kinds of inputs from our staff. We collect feedback about the company processes (positive or negative), check up on possible mental health problems, etc. The biggest benefit is the simplicity of having everything in one place and not needing to search through multiple channels. It’s also helpful that FaceUp offers different types of overviews and dashboards in the administration so that we can see the bigger picture too.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

Not only is it a great solution for any problems that can happen in organizations, but also there isn’t any other platform that makes employees feel as safe and comfortable as this one. All of our people love and trust it, which is exactly what we hoped for.

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

It would be great if FaceUp had more promotion because then we would have maybe found out about it sooner.

When we encountered a case of harassment within our company, we found out people are scared to come to HR. FaceUp, on the contrary, offers them a safe space where they can reach out to anyone safely, without worrying about the consequences. It has proven effective and helped us tackle any unwanted behaviour.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

We offer FaceUp to our clients mainly as a legal solution for the requirements from the government. It is compliant with the requirements for the protection of whistleblowers, GDPR confidentiality, and data security standards. Since it can serve as an internal and external channel which employees, customers, and even distributors can use at once, we can recommend it to everyone. On top of that, it has many exceptional features such as customizable notifications, which prevent administrators from ever missing response deadlines from a legal point of view.

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

Reporting requires an internet connection at all times, which could be something to think about for the FaceUp team. It would be nice to have an offline option too.

**What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are many companies that are just finding out about the incoming EU directive, which will affect them soon. Luckily, we can offer them this solution. Thanks to the adjustability of the platform, it can be suitable for any company size, which is perfect for us, as we work with a variety of different clients, out of whom all have unique requirements from such a system. Thankfully, FaceUp usually meets all of them and has extra features that can hardly be found elsewhere on the market.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

We needed a tool that would work as a central system for gathering feedback, suggestions and concerns all at once. One of our main requirements was to have a straightforward solution that would be easy to navigate and manage. But FaceUp exceeded all of our expectations by offering even more. It provided our employees with a quick way to reach out to the company management with anything they perceive as important, whether it concerns personal or company issues, and our management with a lean platform to work with the inputs.

At first we expected to discover more serious issues through FaceUp, however, it is rather a good sign that there currently are not any severe problems occurring. And in case they ever occur, we know we are covered.

Thanks to the clear structure of the administration, we have a simple yet effective process handling the reports we receive. We react almost instantly to what our employees share with us and are able to have an overview of our company environment, which further enables us to improve and maintain it. **What do you like best about FaceUp?**

FaceUp goes beyond a whistleblowing channel with its features. Besides acknowledging GDPR standards and confidentiality, it allows us to have follow-up conversations with the reporters and investigate each case thoroughly. We also like that we can customize the platform and its features, to make it correspond to the specific needs of our company. Another great thing is that our employees can choose between using the web platform or the mobile app, whatever is more comfortable for them.

We like everything the app offers, nothing to criticize.

Face up good beyond merely making us component with the regulations. It helps us discover issues within the workplace before they grow and simmer. Perceived trust has increased in the team.

Only wishing we knew about this much earlier, could have saved us a lot of trouble

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

Having FaceUp has definitely helped our company. Our experience with FaceUp thus far has been excellent, the ease of use of the platform is amazing, along with the features and functionality. The customer support is flawless and meets the value for money. We have been using FaceUp for the past couple of months, and it has helped us resolve the reports far more efficiently than any other platform or method we have used in the past.

Although we have only been using FaceUp shortly, we are satisfied with everything it does and offers.

**What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, we have been solving various small-scale issues, but we let our employees reach out with anything from problems with corporate culture to non-compliance with company regulations. A great benefit is predefined report categories the users can choose from that are manageable and customizable. This feature makes it easy for us to manage incoming reports and keep a long-time overview of the situation in our company through dashboards and statistics, which are included right in FaceUp administration. Security of our employees’ data is also crucial for us. It is a huge advantage that all the information is stored within our database and is only accessible by designated personnel and no third party.

FaceUp allows us to get instant feedback on any process or management-related changes, which helps us create a friendly, employee-centric atmosphere where everyone’s opinion counts.

We struggled with getting people to use FaceUp at first, because it all happened remotely. FaceUp support was of great help though, and in the end it all worked out fine.

We’re using FaceUp not only for reporting of problematic situations, but also to gather feedback and other incentives. Having this kind of channel helped us figure out our employees’ needs and opinions and thanks to the feedback we’ve received, we managed to increase our management’s communication transparency.

In our company, we take equality, mental health, and workplace culture very seriously. We were looking for ways to ensure that all of these values are actually being maintained, and FaceUp turned out to be the ideal solution. We like that FaceUp took away the fear of coming to HR with concern and replaced it with a discreet and safe space for our employees to do so.

We have not had any issues with the way FaceUp works so far.

We are running law advice centre and preparing special Whistleblowing Centre in Czech republic.  They help us protect whistleblowers so that they can make anonymous disclosures.
