Extremely reliable whether it is direct server access or via Citrix, the accessability of teams working on it from different part of the worlds and the access control for multiple parties involved is ever amazing. I feel that the ERD based browser module where we can export the excel sheet output for different types of data can be improved, it is still not user friendly and if someone doesnt have database concepts such as primary key and level key etc. that person really struggles, in addition ID's within tables such as COMPONENT IDs for instrument tags for example can still not be seen if user wants to via SPI main interface, one has to go behind in the database or use other modules outside SPI to use it. 1.It requires skilled personnels to use the software who can feed in and interplate the content.And some times is very expensive for companies and organizations to hire such employees.

2.In case of power failure it becomes very disorganized for companies and organizations using the software if they were to use the software at the moment.
