Its AI assistant, Emily, collects medical histories through FaceTime-like video conversations, helping clinicians spend less time on repetitive history-taking. Using multimodal AI, Emily speaks, listens and observes, combining patient responses with relevant visual observations and guided movements. Physicians customize the questions, follow-up paths and report format to their workflow. Emily supports new-patient visits, returning appointments and follow-ups for both in-person and virtual care. Patients join through a browser link without downloading an app, and clinicians receive structured notes to review and edit before the consultation.
