## Facebook Reviews
 ### 1. Strong Lead Quality and ROI, but a Clunky UI and Nearly Nonexistent Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denith M. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

It's still one of the most popular social media sites, and the quality of leads you get there surpass most others.

It is more likely that a person from FB will convert to a purchasing customer.

It is rich in features and integrations that generally make it a seamless experience for most users, and the AI features are quite helpful.

Performance is usually great across multiple platforms/devices, and their ads do usually lead to an uptick in purchases, so the ROI generally is good.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

The UI is really clunky and bloated, with many confusing options. It is generally hard to find things that you want quickly.

Their Support is also, basically, non-existant. Try not to need help, because there is no live chat, there is no phone support, and there is no email - by far one of the worst experiences for support.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facebook helps to connect us with audiences that are digital, within the demographic that have the purchasing power.

Facebook ads give us a direct correlation to sales.

 ### 2. Share and connect easily with Facebook

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco Javier R. | Professor, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

I like Facebook because I can share many multimedia files (photos, videos, text, quick messages, audio, etc.) with my family, friends, acquaintances, and also with celebrities. This allows me to stay up to date on where they are and what they are doing, among other things.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

Lately, Facebook has too much advertising. That bores me, especially when the ads have nothing to do with my interests or activities.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In addition to being a platform for sharing specific interests according to each person, Facebook is also useful for buying and selling a wide variety of goods and services, which is especially practical for both companies and entrepreneurs.

 ### 3. Great for Staying Connected and Networking, but Marketplace Safety Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohit P. | SEO Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

I’ve been using Facebook for the last 10+ years, and overall the experience has been user-friendly. Adding friends and staying connected with people I know (and even those I don’t) is much easier on Facebook. It has also helped me connect with different people in my field, which has supported me professionally - for example, by helping me find clients and part-time jobs.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

I feel that Facebook Marketplace is full of scammers, and the Meta team should verify listings before they’re approved. I’ve also noticed that adult content sometimes shows up, which I find disturbing.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facebook has helped me a lot when it comes to networking and staying connected with people.

 ### 4. Great for staying connected, but can feel cluttered

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neel R. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

What I like most about Facebook is how easy it is to stay connected with friends and family, especially those who live far away. It’s also a great way to discover events, communities, and content that match my interests, all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

What I dislike about Facebook is that the feed can feel cluttered with ads and irrelevant content, making it harder to see updates from people I actually care about. It can also be a bit overwhelming and time-consuming if you’re not careful.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facebook solves the problem of staying connected and informed in one place. It helps me keep up with friends, join communities, and discover events or opportunities without needing multiple platforms. That benefits me by saving time and making it easier to stay engaged both personally and professionally.

 ### 5. Facebook Groups and Direct Tools That Build Brand Authority and Trust

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

What I like most about Facebook is its dual-purpose utility and ease of use. I use the platform daily as a multitasking hub because the implementation of both personal and professional tools is seamless.

On the personal side, I highly value Groups; they provide a dedicated, intuitive space for community and niche interests that is easy to navigate and engage with. On the professional side, I leverage the platform to build brand authority and trust. The ease of integration between the Business Suite, Instagram, and Messenger allows me to maintain a cohesive professional presence across multiple touchpoints. By using these direct communication tools to stay responsive, I can transform a simple digital profile into a high-trust asset for my company.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

My primary frustration with the platform is the lack of transparent customer support, particularly regarding ad approvals. While the tools are powerful, the automated flagging system can be a 'black box.' When ads are disapproved without clear clarification, the lack of direct human contact to resolve the issue creates a significant bottleneck for my brand’s growth and consistency.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facebook helps solve the problem of community fragmentation by offering a single, intuitive place—especially through Groups—where I can engage with niche personal interests that would otherwise be scattered across different spaces. On the professional side, it helps address the “trust gap” by providing a credible framework for building brand authority, enabling me to turn a simple profile into a high-trust digital asset through social proof and consistent engagement. This also streamlines my day-to-day workflow: the seamless integration between Messenger and business tools lets me manage my company’s reputation and my personal connections from a single central hub. In the end, it saves me time and lowers the barrier to entry for new customers by giving me an immediate, recognizable platform for building long-term professional credibility.

 ### 6. Great Marketplace and Connections, But Confusing Ads and Limited Group Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha E. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

I like the marketplace feature and ability to connect with people in your life.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

I dislike how they make their ads space so confusing and the community groups aren't the best in terms of features you have access to plus they make it very hard to reach customer service and don't explain well why an item is removed

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it solves that it's a free platform and easy to use if you have no money to dedicate to your own platform

 ### 7. Love Staying Connected, But AI is Overpowering

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

Being able to communicate with others and keep up with people that I have not seen a while. It is also a good source of news sometimes.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

AI is taking over and it is hard to trust what you see in videos or post. People often post disinformation.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do appreciate that I can unfollow people easily. I do not like suggestive or inappropriate content and it has noted that. As a person who advertises on facebook, the platform could be easier to use, but meta has helped with that. I am able to save time connecting with people directly over looking them up via other methods.

 ### 8. Convenient, Free Way to Stay in Touch with Friends and Family

 ### 9. Effortless Connections and a Top-Notch Marketplace

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Koushik M. | Article Assistant, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

This app offers an easy way to stay connected with friends, family, and groups. One of its standout features is the Facebook Marketplace, which I find to be one of the best parts of the application. It allows us to buy things from other people, making it convenient to find what we need within the community.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

Sometimes, the feed does not show content that is relevant to me, and I also notice there are a lot of promotions in this application.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facebook can be integrated with various other applications, making it easier to access and create accounts. This integration also allows those applications to be interconnected.

 ### 10. Love Facebook Marketplace—A Great Place to Buy and Sell

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

I love Facebook Marketplace. I think the ads I see on FB marketplace are relevant and the algorithm for items for sale has my taste nailed!

I don't like seeing ai generated images. I don't think they do a good job of blocking unwanted content.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the community pages, to join with like minded people.

 ### 11. Facebook Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aly D. | Marketing & EDI Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

Utilizing Facebook as a business is a fairly key platform for reaching consumers where they are- particularly if you operate within a service-based business or in the CPG space.

Facebook has adapted its platform to reach consumers through a variety of media, including short video clips, static posts, targeted ads, and more.

For the most part, I have found Facebook easy to utilize and navigate. Personalization and targeting features are fairly good, as are paid Ads.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

The limitation on Ad Title characters can be a challenge. As is working with Meta Business Suite, which has a learning curve. It's often difficult to find the settings you're looking for.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us reach a wide demographic of consumers.

 ### 12. Social, Smart, and Still Relevant

I like Facebook’s ability to reach specific audiences through detailed targeting options. It’s a powerful platform for building brand awareness, engaging communities, and driving measurable campaign results.

 ### 14. User-Friendly for Decades, But Algorithm Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

It's easy to use. I've been using the platform for almost 20 years.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

I hate the algorithm, as a business owner, my content is hidden, and most of my audience doesn't see it. I see content from people that I didn't ask to see and the people I follow, I barely see their content.

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

Facebook has a robust ad system that allows marketers to customize their ad experience. It's also seen as an "official" social media platform, almost mandatory for companies to have or else they may seem fake to consumers.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

If your target is a younger audience, Facebook might not be the best place to spend your money. It's also overwhelming at times with so many options and has a bit of a learning curve. It's also nearly impossible to reach customer support.

Almost everyone has an account and the community contributes a lot to the app. It is a great social media platform.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

Facebook was the best in its prime, however, nowadays it has gotten old. The website loads a lot of data, which is also a drawback, since the loading times may take a lot of time. ### 38. Still one of the best places for lead generation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas C. | Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

Its ad platform is relatively easy to learn and can be one of the more powerful targeting systems to generate leads. Being able to create custom or lookalike audiences, suppress people who've already interacted with your ads etc. make it one of the best lead gen platforms on the market.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

You'll get a lot of bad leads as well. Unfortunately, because there are ~billions of people using the platform, you're going to wind up with some bad leads sneaking in. You could have the best targeting strategy in the world and this is still going to happen.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching a wider audience of potential leads through social posting and advertising through their audience network platform. We've used Facebook for lead gen for the last 2.5 years.

 ### 39. Facebook works well for compelling offers or with good images/creative.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greyson D. | Digital Advertising Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

Facebook is much cheaper than Google Ads in terms of reaching a wide audience. When we have clients who have interesting services and can show that off, they do very well on Facebook.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

The quality of leads that we get from Facebook has often been lack luster. There are quite a few tire kickers on there that aren't really interested in what our clients have to offer.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching people in our client's local area and showing their brand, personality, and services. It helps our clients to stay top of mind for their target audiences.

 ### 40. Facebook Ads Integration with Monday.com

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karthikeyan L. | Head of Sales & Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

Easy and simple to integrate Facebook Ads form with Monday.com. Choose a form and choose the action it has to perform. Choose the columns and items it should fetch and automatically update in the Monday.com board.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

The only problem is that specific columns can't be integrated into the Monday.com board. Like auto update of Date and country automatically based on the lead. This has to be manually updated.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead generation through Ad forms. It is helping us build top-of-the-funnel leads. It has us in brand building and generating leads at a nominal cost based on the target group.

Facebook is already part of my everyday routine. It keeps me updated on the latest current events, latest and keeping in touch with colleagues. Unlike it's competitors, it is more flexible and interactive.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

Usually, there are ads and other accounts popping which I do not even following. Hope all that can be seen on my account are the only profiles that I am following.

 ### 42. The most popular Social Media platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamrul H. | Senior Programmer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

Facebook is the most popular and it is very easy to use than other social media platforms like twitter, instagram. The user interface of Facebook is user-friendly, the messaging option is very simple, Facebook has privacy control for every aspect which is a great feature. As a platform, Facebook knows how to keep engaging their users on the site and they do it by giving relative videos, posts etc. Another great thing is, we can use Facebook as our photo storing and sharing platform. Sometimes it is very useful to buy good quality products but not always.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

There are a lot of phishing attacks made by Facebook through users. A huge number of Cyberbullying made by using Facebook which impacts people's life. As this is a huge user platform, some people spread fake news or information intentionally which makes sometimes us very confused. Sometimes the 2-step-verification does not work, the otp does not come to the provided mobile phone number.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are a more secure platform now than before. I knew there were a lot of tricks to hack someone's Facebook ID before 2015. Their Artificial Intelligence feature is great and they will make the user stay and use the platform for a long time.

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian S. | Cybersecurity Specialist, Computer & Network Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

What I like the most is how highly global it is, because thanks to that, it allows you to maintain communication with an infinite number of people around the world, which makes it a breeding ground for thousands of experiences.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

I don't quite like some of the concepts regarding privacy; there tend to be many doubts around it, and there have been certain anomalies concerning this topic for years, which never seem to be clear.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

He is resolving certain things based on his interface, which is fine, but it is not so necessary because there are more important errors regarding performance.

 ### 45. A dying social media platform with the maximum reach potential

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sana K. | Senior Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

The ease of use was one of the first things that outsold this application. As a marketing student, I had later realised that Facebook holds the maximum amount of crowd and data which helps best with marketing and advertising

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

The fact that other applications have started dominating the marketing terms of posting content and usage. Apps like instagram and tiktok have been preferred by the upcoming generation which is lowkey nearing Facebook's dooms day.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of add posting as well as the ease of the navigation for the application. The amount and the category of people are dew countries out to with a simple ad post benefits us the most.

 ### 46. Facebook review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mustafa H. | Structural Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

As one of the world's most popular social networking programmes, Facebook has had a major impact on the present social media world's development. In your posts, you can include text as well as images and videos. Posts aren't the only way users can interact with each other. Search and scanning algorithms are extremely intelligent, allowing it to give you highly exact suggestions about people you may know. Also, it can (most of the time) identify people in a photo who aren't already tagged. In addition to social networking, it is widely utilised by corporations for marketing. In addition to sending text messages and making audio/video chats, you may also transmit files to other users via a dedicated messaging programme.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

There are a lot of unnecessary posts on Facebook because it's the most popular social networking software. Facebook's administration needs to step up its efforts to limit this by applying filters and properly banning participating people.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook:**

I love Facebook for the fact that it enabled me to get back in touch with a lot of friends about whom I had not contact information. It also enables me to get to get updates about my friends and family.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration in the Facebook app is distinct, but it is difficult to achieve a perfect state after the features that require innovations to strengthen its use, such as Texts & fonts and video call quality.

 ### 47. Recent Experiences with Facebook

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faith D. | In Home Care Giver, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

Facebook provides an excellent way to send personalized ads to a target audience. It is also a good way to disseminate surveys to a particular community. In addition, it makes it easier to see how old friends and family are doing...

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

The difficulty in getting organizations and groups to understand the user roles or to get non-tech savvy people to contribute to business or organization facebook posts. Facebook tasks are harder to explain to the older generation in particular. Baby Boomers on up. Sometimes there are hoops to jump through to get ads approved and when they are approved they still may not even run correctly. FB Customer service has not been very helpful when asking them for assistance to work through problems.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facebook is helping to make it easier to connect a Facebook account with its Instagram account to allow one post to push through on both platforms. This cuts down on production time when sharing content.

 ### 48. FB Review

Facebook is life! Here in the Philippines, Facebook is indeed important especially when communicating to other people also I get a lot of insights or learning whenever I use the app.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

I sometimes don't understand the new Meta features, especially on the business manager side... like when it comes to advertisement you really have to be good at it before running the ads.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy access to all people, the targeting and all that its so nice to use and it really has a good advantage to every business regardless what business you are in.

We are working in the remotest locations of India but the community we work with often does some commendable work which needs to be heard so that others as well as they are motivated consistently. It also helps in generating funds and other helps for them and build our relationship with others for better India

 ### 50. Facebook is a double-edged sword

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abbaz U. | SEO Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Facebook?**

I mostly use Facebook to maintain business pages and some occasional scrolls. I love the fact that you get access to a lot of potential customers for your business.

**What do you dislike about Facebook?**

I hate the fact that with each day Facebook is slowly killing the organic reach just so every business runs ads on Facebook. For the platform to be sustainable organic reach has been there.

**What problems is Facebook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, when I'm just scrolling through Facebook it is not solving any problem, when I'm communicating with my page's followers Facebook acts as an efficient medium that facilitates the same.
