Honestly, very little if anything. The UI is utterly broken and every subsequence attempt to modernize or update it, or the Pages Manager generally, only made matters worse. Not with the new upgrades, you can easily connect your Instagram accounts with your Facebook pages and by scheduling your post in one place, you can publish it on both the platforms without having to make an extra effort of repeating the same process for posting on the second platform. Even though it's a Facebook page manager, it has now made social media marketing on both Facebook as well as Instagram very easy. You can now schedule IGTV videos which isn't possible directly through Instagram. It has really made the whole process much less tedious and less time-consuming. Facebook Pages Manager provides one of the most efficient platforms to manage your brand reputation through your Facebook page and helps in reaching and connecting with your social media audience in a great way. We use it to manage our product page on Facebook and it provides some great insights about the our overall performance and engagement of individual posts, user behaviour, user information such as age, gender and demographics which help us to refine our ideal customer profiles and improve our social media content to fit their needs. I also like the schedule feature for posts a lot because it helps us to plan and execute our social media content plan on Facebook for the week in advance and focus on other important metrics and upcoming campaigns. Facebook makes products and solutions that are built for the masses. They are built for the masses, and they are built for Facebook. While there is nothing like Facebook on the planet, you not only need to use Facebook, you have to use Facebook. It's the standard, and they are the trailblazer in social media, they've reinvented advertising (much to their customers' benefit), and they never stop adding onto and perfecting their solutions. The real issues are, first, Facebook changes its product so often, and in so many fundamental ways, that you have to constantly be educating and re-educating yourself on using the tools, the navigation, and the workflow. That means you can very often find yourself at a loss when under a deadline or trying to work on a mission critical process or product. This is great for Facebook, but not necessarily for the customer. Facebook needs to perfect the ability to adopt and adapt, without leaving its customers in the dust. Also, you're never quite sure when a process will work (sometimes they just don't), and when it's a new thing, and it's not working, you don't know if you're doing something wrong, or the Facebook process is just wonky or broken. Again, not a customer focus. This also plays into the suspicion that sometimes Facebook is just doing things for itself, and its bottom line, and the customer has to get with the program, or -- there's no alternative.
