**What do you like best about Osquery?**

The best feature of this application is that it that, being open source it is supported by a large organization which provides consistent support for maintenance. Also, it has more than 100 contributors.

Best is, it is managed by Facebook and is supported on Windows, Linux and Mac OS.

**What do you dislike about Osquery?**

Lack of tutorial to initially kickstart deployment of the tool is its biggest disadvantage.

**Recommendations to others considering Osquery:**

I would recommend to get a trial first and then decide whether the product is best suited for your company or not.

**What problems is Osquery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cybersecurity. Used to detect intrusions into the corporate network.
