For organizations, Facebook has the ability to be more connected with people, so more people will tune in on a Facebook live. **What do you dislike about Facebook Live?** In my experiences, both personally and organizationally, Facebook caters to more millenial and middle-aged people. Facebook live is rarely used by Gen-Z users, despite the accessability and easy to use interface. More Gen-Z users primarily use Instagram. As a Gen-z, I rarely use Facebook Live, because of the audience it as compaired to other platforms. I think Facebook Live needs to figure out a way to reach the young-adult audeince, because they are the ones that actually go on live, and produce viral live clips/recordings. **What problems is Facebook Live solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizationally, I learned that more people tune in one Facebook lives than Instagram lives. When we send emails, we have to wait for the person to respond back. In cases like this, we won't get an alert when they've opened the actual email. When you dial a contact number, you have to wait for them to answer the phone or leave a voicemail because they didn't answer. In situations like this, it's hard to know when the person checked the notifications you sent their way or wonder if they will respond in a timely fashion; whereas, with FB Live you can see everything in real time.
