It is a very easy to navigate service, with plenty modern video conferencing tools. **What do you dislike about Facebook Live?** It is Facebook. So you can only use this service with a Facebook account. In the professional world, this platform is not heavily adopted, and most clients and employers will choose Zoom, Skype, or Microsoft Teams before Facebook Live. **Recommendations to others considering Facebook Live:** This is an excellent platform if you are looking to use it informally. **What problems is Facebook Live solving and how is that benefiting you?** None now, since we have switched to Zoom. It was an easy tool to use, and it is excellent if you are looking for a quick way to video call friends on your Facebook account. ### 2. Gen-Z Rarely Use Facebook Live over other Platforms **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020 **What do you like best about Facebook Live?** I like how it is extremely easy to use, and it is on the opening page of the app. Facebook live is more user friendly compared to Instagram, where it took a little learning to how to use live. For organizations, Facebook has the ability to be more connected with people, so more people will tune in on a Facebook live. **What do you dislike about Facebook Live?** In my experiences, both personally and organizationally, Facebook caters to more millenial and middle-aged people. Facebook live is rarely used by Gen-Z users, despite the accessability and easy to use interface. More Gen-Z users primarily use Instagram. As a Gen-z, I rarely use Facebook Live, because of the audience it as compaired to other platforms. I think Facebook Live needs to figure out a way to reach the young-adult audeince, because they are the ones that actually go on live, and produce viral live clips/recordings. **What problems is Facebook Live solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizationally, I learned that more people tune in one Facebook lives than Instagram lives. It solved the problem of how many people we are reaching, which benefited us in pushing more content to more people. It benefits when our focus is primarily on audience views. ### 3. The picture quality is adequate for the purposes that most users use it for. **What do you dislike about Facebook Live?** Facebook live, like stated in my positive section, is a good platform for personal use or conversation amongst a group of people that know each other already. It is not a good platform for professional use. You cannot get any analytical data back giving you feedback on how your audience is reacting to what you are presenting. You also cannot search for Facebook Live streams using search engines. **Recommendations to others considering Facebook Live:** Use Facebook live for personal use or entertainment use.
