For example: when I need to learn new skills, I don't know how to start and I really want to find mentors or people who have many experiences in these fields. So, I join some Facebook groups to learn from them, a community help me and give me some useful advice. **What do you dislike about Facebook Groups?** Actually, the Facebook group help me a lot, but they have some drawbacks. For example, a community also has some people who are very nice, but besides there are a lot of people who are so mean and they use some bad words that make me annoyed. **Recommendations to others considering Facebook Groups:** This Facebook group is so useful. If you join you can learn a lot of experiments and many interesting lessons and you can make friends with many people. The layout is in such a way that only the first question actually displays with the submit button below. Only after submitting do i realise there are other questions. The marketing aspect is poor as only those in the group will see ads and then the platforns algorithm makes it so that you need to go to the group to see all posts as only a few will appear on your feed. **What problems is Facebook Groups solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communicating with interest groups and volunteers in another country is difficult via phone and given the onngoing pandemic it is useful for arranging interactions and connecting. ### 3. And, you don't control your list, so when FB decides to change the algorithm, then you can't even reach the people who joined your group. **What problems is Facebook Groups solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to reach customers. Benefits are that you can use FB advertising to create a lookalike group. ### 5. Especially alarming are recent reports of ethical violations by Facebook not taking action when harm was knowingly done to members.
