"Engagement Boost with Frustrating Updates"
3/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I like how much engagement your customers can have with the content. I think that engagement can add credibility to your business. It's also fairly straightforward to run a basic ad and get your content in front of even more people. It's also a pretty good platform for sharing different forms of media like text, photos, videos, and polls. I think being able to share video makes for very engaging ads and posts, and you can even Livestream on the platform if there's an event or announcement your business wants to make. It isn't very hard to get a business page started; the steps in creating a page are fairly straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

My biggest issue with Facebook for Business would have to be the way they update their services and the lacking support. It seems like every other week Facebook is moving something around or updating the way you do something on the platform and when I go to the help section it's very difficult to actually talk to someone and the automated chat and help articles all reference older ways to complete the tasks which leads to a lot of confusion. It's definitely a huge platform with a lot of features and users, but it seems like they can't handle the support for that many people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Marketing with Some Ad Challenges"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I like Facebook for Business because it allows us to connect with millions of people worldwide, providing engagement and more followers for our profile. This helps in contact monetization, where we can extend our reach and gain something bigger in marketing. I also appreciate the ad feature; we can run ads and promotional videos to attract followers and engage with a broader audience. Plus, it's relatively inexpensive compared to other tools, offering more qualities and a cost-effective way to promote our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

I think we have certain problems during advertisement or when we run ads. It seems like sometimes we cannot engage as well, and our money is like wasting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Facebook for Business is how simple it is to reach very specific audiences, run cost-effective ad campaigns, and monitor performance through detailed analytics. What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

What I dislike about Facebook for Business is that the platform can feel overwhelming for new users due to its complex interface and frequent updates. Ad costs can also rise quickly in competitive industries, and account support is sometimes slow when issues need urgent resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Ad Performance Tracking in Meta—All in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

It is easy to use and track how well ads do. I like that you can access everything within meta in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

Hard to have multiple users to be able to log in. Way easier to use on desktop vs phone. Would love to see it be easier to use on phone. Customer support can take forever to get ahold of. You have to fill out multiple forms and it takes a while to get down the line to speak to someone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified Social Media Management with Easy Scheduling and Strong ROI"
5/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

Managing all my business social media accounts is much simpler because access to each account can be controlled through a single login. Scheduling content across various Meta platforms is also easy through the business account. It’s also a great tool for brand and product marketing. Facebook ads get business at pocket friendly ROIs. If content creator knows how to analyze content performance, marketing cost can be reduced to almost 2-3% of the product cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

The tool is heavier to use, and hangs sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Marketing Tool with Slight Navigation Hurdles"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I like being able to schedule posts and see the analytics behind which posts are performing the best at certain times. It's great to have metrics on what is my ideal audience. I have enjoyed the new tools that Meta has rolled out to help with scheduling posts and analytics. It definitely makes using Facebook easier and more useful for a business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

I have a lot of issues navigating the settings because I find that a lot of times Meta moves the settings around. So it can be hard to change things or disable certain things. Sometimes the integration between Facebook and Instagram is not always perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, easy to use, and the top choice for small-scale advertising campaigns"
4/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

At present, Facebook, which is owned by META in Taiwan, continues to be the top platform for building fan loyalty and driving sales conversions.Facebook is currently a relatively familiar and easy-to-use social media platform for me. I can basically quickly create marketing content and interact with my audience.

I use Facebook almost every week to post and interact with fans, which is a huge advantage in Taiwan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

Facebook's moderation policies can be quite confusing. Since the platform depends on AI to determine if a post violates its rules, it's not unusual for fan pages to be mistakenly shut down due to errors made by the AI. These pages are typically restored after a manual review, but this process tends to occur two or three times a year, which creates significant inconvenience.

Furthermore, before we became a subscription-based business, if our fan page was mistakenly shut down by AI, it would be extremely difficult to contact customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Access and Setup for Facebook Ads"
4/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I can easily access the Facebook for my organization through my regular Facebook account. It makes it easier and decreases the amount of extra signins and passwords you have to remember. Allows for easy setup for Facebook ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

The reporting is really delayed for donations. The setup is not very intuitive and it's difficult to find a lot of the pages and data you are looking for - and the location keeps changing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Ad Platform"
4/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I appreciate how powerful the ad platform is for reaching highly specific audiences. The ability to segment by interests, behaviors, and custom audiences makes it possible to run efficient campaigns even with small budgets. I also find the analytics and performance insights helpful for understanding what’s working and optimizing quickly. Overall, it’s a robust tool when you want to scale visibility and sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

The platform can feel unstable at times, with sudden performance drops or changes in delivery that are hard to predict. Support is often limited, and some features are confusing or not well explained for everyday users. Additionally, results can fluctuate significantly depending on the economic context or algorithm updates, which makes planning long-term campaigns more challenging.
