"Strong Targeting and High ROI with Smooth Meta Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

Facebook for Business provides strong audience targeting, an easy-to-use user interface, and smooth integration with Instagram and other Meta products. When campaigns are optimized, the platform offers high ROI and strong performance for lead generation and brand exposure. AI-driven features enhance audience targeting, ad optimization, and campaign insights; onboarding is simple; and support resources are abundant. All things considered, it's a useful marketing tool for companies of all kinds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

Even though Facebook for Business has strong marketing features, the user interface can occasionally appear cluttered and challenging to use, particularly when handling several campaigns. Within the Meta ecosystem, integrations often function well; however, additional configuration may be needed to interact with certain third-party products. Algorithm modifications might cause ad performance to fluctuate, making consistent results difficult to achieve. In industries with intense competition, rising advertising expenses could lower ROI. For account-specific problems, customer service might be delayed, and new users may find the onboarding process burdensome. While AI-powered features are increasing optimisation and targeting, they can lack transparency and restrict human control over campaign choices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective and User-Friendly Advertising Solution"
4/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I like that Facebook for Business is very easy to use, even for someone who doesn't know much about advertising. They offer options that allow anyone, even freshers, to start a campaign easily. You can just go to the ads manager or boost your profile and page, and it's very straightforward. As you gain more experience, managing ads through the ads manager and starting campaigns for yourself or your clients becomes simple and can be done from anywhere. I also appreciate the improvements they have made over time, adding settings for images, videos, and aspect ratios, which are automatically adjusted through AI, so I don't need to make many changes myself. Moreover, I find Facebook ads to be budget-friendly compared to Google Ads, allowing me to start a campaign even with a low budget like $2, $5, or $10 and still get a lot of results. What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

Yeah. In my opinion, the main thing that Facebook does not work they sometimes block your account. Which, does not recognize another person is right or wrong. They must also improve that security. Feature so that, if a if a deal person is trying working on Facebook, if it is blocked our account is hacked. Permanently. You can't recover that account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Scheduling, Insights, and Ad Management in Meta Business Suite"
4/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I like that I can (all in one platform/interface):

1) Schedule my posts in advance on both Facebook and Instagram and see the schedule on the calendar layout.

2) Quickly and easily see how my posts are performing in terms of engagement, and which posts perform best

3) Access and manage advertising campaigns on both Facebook and Instagram from that account

4) Boost posts and events as needed.

5) Manage users and settings for all of the pages I manage on one interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

I wish that I would have the same instagram posting features within the Meta Business Suite platform as I do when I post directly from instagram. It is frustrating that I'm limited to 10 photos on Meta Business and that all must be the same dimensions, but when I post from the Instagram app directly, I can post to both instagram and facebook, include both photos and videos, have up to 20 photos or videos, AND have mixed dimensions. So, I often will just use instagram for my posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Effective Recruiting"
5/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

Facebook for Business has been particularly useful for recruiting. With Ads Manager, I can target specific demographics, locations, and interests so I reach the right candidates, rather than relying only on job boards. Retargeting has also helped me reconnect with people who engaged previously but didn’t end up applying.

I also appreciate how easy it is to duplicate campaigns and make quick adjustments, which makes testing different job ads faster and more efficient. On top of that, the integration with Instagram helps expand my reach without requiring extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

One challenge I’ve run into when using Facebook Ads Manager for recruiting is the limitation around targeting certain job requirements. For some roles, specific physical abilities or conditions are realistically needed, but the platform restricts targeting by factors like age or gender. As a result, it can be harder to reach the most suitable candidates, and I may end up with more unqualified applicants, which slows down the hiring process.

Another recurring issue is ads being rejected or flagged. At times, when I include details such as salary or mention that a position is remote, the system marks the ad as misleading or low quality. This creates delays and forces multiple rounds of edits, even when the job offer is legitimate.

It would help if Facebook offered clearer guidelines and more nuanced options for job-related targeting, along with a more accurate review process for employment ads. More transparency about why ads are rejected, plus a faster and more straightforward appeal process, would make the platform much more efficient for recruiters. "Customizable and Expansive, But Can Be Confusing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I like that I can customize Facebook for Business the way I want and that it gives me access to many different tools. It’s helpful for creating my art and uploading it right away, without worrying that it might get lost. The initial setup was very easy too, which made the whole getting-started process smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

Sometimes it can be a little confusing. I have a wide variety of different accounts, so things can get mixed up at times. I’d prefer to have everything under one account. Overall, I just think it needs to be explained more clearly to the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Managing Multiple Social Accounts Has Never Been Easier"

What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

What I like best about it is how easy it is to manage posts, messaging, and engagement all in one place. It makes running multiple accounts way more organized, and the scheduling and analytics tools help a lot with social media management and tracking performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

What I dislike about is that sometimes, scheduled posts can glitch or fail to publish, especially when scheduled too far in advance. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does it can be frustrating while managing multiple accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Messaging, Complex Ad Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I like having one system for managing Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, which simplifies communication by having everything in one place. The targeting options are impressive, as I can estimate the proper audience before starting a campaign and compare with competing companies to see what my target group will see on the feed. The all-in-one inbox is valuable for managing communication efficiently from all Meta services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

The campaigns and ads creation process is still very complicated compared to Google Ads or TikTok Ads. The learning time is very long, and I'm not sure if my results are good, bad, or average compared to other ads served to the same audience. Inbox integration with other tools is a nightmare. They should have something similar to Google Ads Express for new customers or non-tech savvy users. I think that there should be a switch 'basic/advanced,' and it would be the best solution for all. "Wide Reach but Beware of Budget Wastage"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I like the wide audience that Facebook for Business offers, and it allows for a lot of customization options, particularly for audiences. The lookalike audiences feature can be really good. It also has very low budget effectiveness, making it accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

The quality of delivery on Facebook for Business is surprisingly low, and the default settings are skewed to waste money by going broad, making it ineffective for those not skilled in marketing. The main issue for me is the amount of phishing spam and bot activity. I receive about 1-10 spam messages a day, like business partner requests, which is concerning. This makes me think the potential audience is filled with scams and bots. Also, while the initial setup is easy, it's also easy to waste a budget due to these default settings. "Engagement Boost with Frustrating Updates"
3/5
What do you like best about Facebook for Business?

I like how much engagement your customers can have with the content. I think that engagement can add credibility to your business. It's also fairly straightforward to run a basic ad and get your content in front of even more people. It's also a pretty good platform for sharing different forms of media like text, photos, videos, and polls. I think being able to share video makes for very engaging ads and posts, and you can even Livestream on the platform if there's an event or announcement your business wants to make. It isn't very hard to get a business page started; the steps in creating a page are fairly straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?

My biggest issue with Facebook for Business would have to be the way they update their services and the lacking support. It seems like every other week Facebook is moving something around or updating the way you do something on the platform and when I go to the help section it's very difficult to actually talk to someone and the automated chat and help articles all reference older ways to complete the tasks which leads to a lot of confusion. It's definitely a huge platform with a lot of features and users, but it seems like they can't handle the support for that many people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
