Facebook has allowed our clinic to cut marketing cost while giving us access to the millions of Facebook users. It also gives us an outlet to publish important health information through posting at no cost to the clinic. It integrates seamlessly with Tidio, making it easier for us to track leads. One of the most challenging things about Facebook for business is the platform's algorithm. Our clinic post a variety of things like short post, blogs, and video's. Due to the algorithm, we are forced to pay for boosting in order to get views. Also, we get alot of spam from people claiming to be Meta and our sight is going to be taken down. I dislike that many times I run into a lot of errors such as trying to follow conversations or comments, even if I mark it as follow up it will not show up afterwords when I an looking for specific comments. Also I find the most errors when setting up advertisments it keeps flaging me for things that are obviously correct. One more thing to add, there is no one to reach out to for custumer support.
