### 4. Nothing works properly

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel E. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

it is easy to navigate and find features

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

In classic FB style, nothing works right. I add products to my catalog, but when I go to the stores manager it says it's inactive, because I have no products in my catalog. When you click the update button, it says the changes take effect immediately, but they never appear. Two products I added days ago disappeared from the catalog and were never published. On top of that, FB targets people on marketplace posting from their personal accounts, where things are much more likely to sell, and bans them under the guise of "community standards" in an effort to get them onto the business platform, which doesn't function anyhow. The standards are applied to the users instead of the products- you can actually take an ad that was blocked for commerce policy reasons and it will be fully approved when posted on someone else's account. I have had ads blocked because they said it was real estate, but I have never posted any real estate, for example. Random things are blocked by facebook for commerce policy or community standards "violations"- harmless content such as "happy birthday" or a children's toy. There is no support, and the different departments do not know what each other are doing. When I brought this to the attention of the payments department, they seemed to have no idea it was even going on and asked me for screenshots. Shouldn't they already know the status of the account without the user informing them? It all feels very misleading and dysfunctional. The only way to fix account problems is to open a new account under a different name, which itself, of course, is frowned upon. These issues have been going on for years and have only worsened.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

I advise setting up a page to represent your business, only because it's the "in-thing" to do these days. You don't want to appear behind the times. But don't waste your money on other features or paid ads. It's a waste of time.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not seen any benefits from using it. I paid for ads and spent a lot of time setting it all up, and there has been almost no increase in business from using it. I run vintage shops on other websites and had hoped to make this an additional sales platform.

 ### 5. Strategic intelligence to boost your service.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

Assimilation is excellent, as we can upload almost any type of layout. Currently with the Facebook app, we can do even more with our articles and marketing. Understanding important information, the blog post reaches interaction and also many people in a single application.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

Facebook ads don't generate revenue quickly. One of the significant negative aspects that we really saw is that, if the individual does not reveal the interest rate in our first blog post, several other blog posts will not be revealed to him.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

Supports many publishing styles. The analysis is also in-depth, providing us with a complete understanding of specific messages. Blog posts can be organized, kept as a draft, and more people can take care of the account with specific limitations.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company depends mainly on typical advertising and this was also the initial circumstance to choose social advertising and marketing. The results so far are excellent and may also include several other electronic advertising methods. It will certainly be slow, however, website traffic will gradually increase. It's great for start-ups, originally you can't see it, but in later stages, you will certainly see web traffic.

 ### 6. Good tool to manage Facebook page or Instagram profile

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnny C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

You know the problem with Instagram and Facebook, you can't just time posts. To avoid having to maintain your Instagram profile or Facebook profile every day, you can create posts in advance and set the time when the post will be published. You can also manage multiple accounts and switching between them is very easy. It is also easy to launch an ad-campaign in order to increase your customer reach, you can also specify your target group (age, location...) really simply. This cloud solution is free, easy to use and offers many advantages which has made it a loyal companion to our marketing teams.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

If several people work with Facebook for business, it can happen that one of them gets kicked out. In addition, things are constantly changing, which makes it difficult to keep up with the functions.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Facebook for Business in order to manage multiple Facebook/Instagram accounts. Specially in order to time posts and launch marketing campaigns.

 ### 9. Advertising on the biggest social media site

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debbie S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

I love that Facebook has a wide amount of demographics to advertise to. It makes choosing an audience a lot simpler when you know your ads are going to be clicked on.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

I dislike how ads have to go through a strict review process in order to get approved. So you’re not allowed to make spontaneous advertisements, because they take anywhere from a day or 2 to get approved or denied.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

I would highly recommend using Facebook to advertise through. It has a large amount of active users, that are easily able to be converted over.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Facebook Business, we’re able to pick a precise audience to market to. It makes advertising very easy to manage, as you’re able to regather groups using Facebook Pixels. The more they see your ads the more likely there going to be interested. I have found Facebook as the best way to get exposure for your business.

 ### 10. Most Efficient Platform to Reach a New Audience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

This is the best platform to use if you're trying to introduce your brand to a brand new audience. I would say this is more efficient than Google Ads - I would also say that your budget and reach goes way further.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

I dislike the customer service. I can not get in touch with anyone when the views I paid a lot of money for 'suddenly disappeared'. Customer service is nearly non existent, and you are referred to tutorial videos for every problem you have.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

Customer Service is nearly non existent. Super important to understand. May consider a 3rd party to help run ads.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am reaching new potential life long customers for my brand

 ### 11. The only tool to manage all the users of Facebook ads effectively

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

The straightforward features of this tool is very much helpful. Also it's very comprehensive

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

Nothing to dislike in this tool till you are using it for "Facebook ads purpose"

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

If you have vendors and employees who are related to FB ads then definitely you need this tool.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating reports and analysing the effectiveness of ads.

 ### 12. The results are excellent, with wide reach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alfonso A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

Through these tools it is easier to reach even more people to obtain the solution we are selling. Initially, it can be complex for those who have no experience, but it can be viable. On the other hand, it allows a single device to group all the web pages to be promoted. That's great.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

I don't like creating campaigns at times, because there are all kinds of alternatives and it is also often very tiring when you need to update a campaign quickly. On the other hand, the help desk is sometimes not so fast.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

Read well in advance to determine the type of audience they want to reach. Discover the advantages and disadvantages of this type of technical device in discussion forums. Check the conditions carefully, as well as understand what they are qualified for and gain access are your tasks when accessing the promotion with Facebook Business.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that every little thing is in one location. In the past, to make an advertising campaign, a lot of money was spent and the results could not be monitored quickly. Now, thanks to this tool, the process is in real time and adjustments can also be made immediately.

 ### 13. Great resource to drive traffic

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar C. | Head Of Ecommerce, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

The way you can drill down to specific audience

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

It does not drive too much sales as expected or the attribution is hard to get because it comes from many channels

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

it gives you great insight data of how your ads are doing and who are you targeting

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems only the attribution, benefits i get a great report where my money is being invested

 ### 14. Tool for our Facebook campaigns

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

The dashboard is created very understandable and above all very clear. I can check all running campaigns in the main menu and see the results.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

It is not possible to view intermediate results by target groups for running campaigns. We can check the general objectives but certain reports are missing.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to the tool we can create advertisements and display them to the desired target group. We have a good overview of the campaign budget and thanks to the reports we can also analyze the success of the campaigns.

 ### 15. Post, track, analyze, repeat!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Preston P. | President & Chief Buzz Builder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

The ability to schedule posts, manage content and most importantly check insights. Data from insights can be incredibly useful in developing content, and providing key metrics for tracking success.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

Facebook has been rolling out content management and scheduling to Creator Studio which has been inconsistent and buggy since launch.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling content natively within Facebook is key. Being able to see exactly what the content will look like, utilize new features and use content across linked Instagram accounts is advantageous vs using a 3rd party social management system. Also insights allows tracking of reach, engagement compared to other posts, allowing you to see which content works.

 ### 16. Yes it works but it’s Facebook.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

It works great. Easy targeting. Demographics work properly and its reach is incredible

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

However... there are many things about Facebook that is alarming. Let alone all of the privacy concerns, if you have too much text in a post, it flags it and you have to pay five times the amount to reach the exact same amount of people. Even if the text is in a picture, it notices that and doesn’t allow you to have the normal rich unless you pay more. Not to mention, if I happen to have 100,000 people like my page, 100,000 people should see my post. I should not have to pay for organic reach. I should be able to pay for people to see if that do not follow my page, But the ones that do follow it should be able to see my post no matter what. I get that it’s a business, but it’s absurd.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

Pay attention, closely.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As said, it does reach a lot of people and I would say that’s a problem that is solved, but at the same time, if I have to pay so much to reach more people, and then the people that Follow the page don’t even see the post, it’s a problem.

 ### 17. Using Facebook for Business

 ### 18. Plan and publish advertising campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anja E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

The dashboard is useful to controll the advertising campaigns that we are currently running. The controlling unit allows to check a preview of the advertising and we can set goals and set also restrictions for the publishing.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

It's difficult to control if the restrictions for the age of the target group will be checked cause if a user of the social media has no age indicated, so who it will be shown and who not? That's a little tricky and also regarding the location of the user it's uncertain.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facebook for Business is a little confusing at first and seems to change constantly with no insight from Facebook on the changes and how to navigate. Setting up site pixels was super simple in Facebook as you select your sector from a drop down list and FB recommends the most relevant events to capture on your site - you can also use the pixel helper tool to implement the tags which is great if you are a start up or beginner to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

I started using Facebook with only knowledge of the social platform as a user. Honestly, it took a while to pick it up as the platform isn't the most intuitive and the support docs are vague and hard to discover at best. The platform is very slow when you want to make large changes on bulk - the import export sheet speeds this up but you still have to publish the changes after - which causes bottlenecks when trying to get large scale campaigns live quickly.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deploying large scale marketing campaigns across multiple territories across multiple tactics.

 ### 33. Powerful But Needs Better Onboarding, Especially Given the Abundance of Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

I love being able to build dark posts (ads that aren't posts) and that I can leverage audience interests in targeting in addition to traditional demos (age/gender/geo).

You get a trove of insights in the ads manager but as you can imagine, you have to "pay to play" to get these insights. In addition to age/gender splits, you can look at top placements your ad was seen.

There is also an audience insights tab that lets you get qualitative data points on pages that you manage. You can also look at interests that users are interested across the entire Facebook universe.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

The onboarding process isn't straightforward and some of the knowledge base resources aren't always up to date. This can be frustrating if you have a time-sensitive campaign to launch.

Facebook is also constantly changing their platform, so metrics sometimes evolve or disappear (for example, they used to have a relevancy score on a 1-10 basis but now they just provide a readout on the quality of a creative, with range being Below Average/Average/Above Average).

There also is some sluggishness - for example, if you turn on/off posts at once, the service can crash so you have to be patient and do modifications/adjustments one at a time.

The approvals process for paid posts in Business Manager is also a bit of a black box. It can take anywhere from an hour to a 1-2 days for a post to get approved and a post can get disapproved for the most arbitrary reason. It helps if you have a dedicated Facebook rep that can answer questions or provide context if your post gets rejected.

I also wish they had a way to reconcile dark posts with feed-based posts. If you run posts feed-based and boost them in Business Manager/Ads Manager, they credit back to the post and you get deduped reach but if you run posts separately, there is no way to reconcile the data.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

Add more third-party data - I get that you are concerned about user privacy but marketers need to have more data targeting options to make the platform more compelling.

I also wish they had a better and more organized knowledge base to answer FAQ's and provide better learning (or better yet, have webinars on topics depending on the line of business you are in or are representing).

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Audience extensions beyond just owned-and-operated inventory, as well as publishing content as a means to wring more value/reach/impressions out of it.

I also am able to look at page affinities - e.g. people connected to my page also like other pages in different verticals (e.g. media/entertainment, travel, restaurants, telecom, financial services, retail, etc.).

 ### 34. Reaching your local community with Facebook.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lydia B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

I love Facebook's demographic targeting. Facebook offers a vast amount of demographics and propensities on it's users. I also love how Facebook occasionally give you an extra $50 advertising coupon for being a loyal customer. I have found one of the best ROI's using Facebook Ads.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

I dislike the waiting time for ad approval. We have found some of our ads are not being approved when we're being too direct with our advertising.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

If you're looking to advertise on Facebook, please understand it is going to take some time to create a profitable advertisement. We have found focusing on the "call to action" and the demographics yield the best way to advertise

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Facebook Ad's we're able to target our local community to showcase our company's promotions. This is useful for certain peak seasons where a certain pest control service is in demand. The best feature of targeting your consumers allows us to ensure we're reaching out to people who actually need our services rather than a broad spectrum of users.

 ### 35. I got 20,000 views on a brand video for peanuts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dami E. | Account Executive, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

I like it's ability to target multiple different demographics at the touch of a few buittons, whilst putting different types of creative in front of different people to gauge what the audience likes. I also liked the ability to edit the ads as they were in play, which meant you could assess how changes were recieved quicker than having to wait for feedback through other measures

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

I dislike the little tricks FB uses to make it seem like the recommended or automatic way is best for you as a user, but it is a business so it makes sense...

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

Take a lot of time and small budgets to practise so you get used to the system and see what works best for your goals/business

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're getting more traffic to our pages and sites through using the platform. More people are seeing discounts, promotions and offers from brands that work with us through Facebook for Business and the advertising platform.

 ### 36. A much simpler way to manage your online business

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

The business site through facebook allows for more flexibility and meets your needs as a company.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

There is nothing specific that I dislike about it.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More flexibility to produce materials that I want for my page or business.

 ### 37. Fantastic Results- Definitely Recommend Facebook for Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bridgette S. | Marketing/Social Media Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

Intuitive analytics, good suggestions, and very user friendly interface. I enjoy that I can easily sign in, create effective ads, and monitory my analytics all in less than 10 minutes. Facebook for Business has taken my marketing time and doubled it daily.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

I wish it gave you more insight on getting in front of the right people regularly, not just through paid ads. I want to know more about the day to day getting in front of people, not just when I literally put it in front of them.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

Do it! You won't regret getting immediate audience insights and the ability to reach them on a day to day basis, as well as with retargeting for continued touches.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me lock down my target demographic and find new ways to get in front of them, their friends, and others like them. With my ads manager, I can create unreal specific audiences that give me new ideas of new people I can get in front of daily. Facebook for Business has also cut my marketing time allotment per day in half with an efficient and user friendly interface. It also makes it much easier to have monthly check ins because the analytics are so readily available.

 ### 38. It is still quite affordable to do ADS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

It's simple to use even for us who are not experts.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

They do not do the monthly summary billing.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

The relationship between the costs and the benefits of ad costs is interesting.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We managed to do Digital Marketing despite not being experts in Marketing itself.

 ### 39. An Easy Way To Reach New Customers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle M. | Administrative Assistant & Project Officer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

The user interface for the creation and managing of ad campaigns is easy to navigate and understand. It's relatively clear generally what you need to use in your ad, whether in the text and especially the images, that will allow you to get the most out of your ad campaign. As you can also track the metrics of each campaign and post, you have a great visualization of your results and can then use them to analyse what ideas worked/failed and improve your campaigns from there.

Being able to get a great visualization of how an advertisement will look on desktop and mobile devices does help out in the creation process, allowing me to instantly realize if a graphic we're using is going to look correct on devices and make alterations as required for maximum visual impact.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

Occasionally results will not always be as successful as expected, even with Facebook's estimated figures. While it can be analysed in house by your own team, it would be good to get a modicum of feedback from Facebook as to why it thinks the campaign didn't have a large reach.

In addition, for the uninitiated, it is best to start with a small budget and dip your toe into Facebook for Business to ensure that you are getting the best outcome for your budget. While Facebook offers suggestions for what kind of result you will get (and a higher budget suggests higher results), it's best to be careful in the beginning and try a couple of small scale campaigns to find out what will work for your business and net you the biggest win for the lowest cost.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

Start with a small budget, experiement with the different advertising options and try multiple different versions to see what will work best for your promotion.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used Facebook for Business to run campaigns to generate Likes for various businesses, especially smaller companies looking to get their name out or established for the first time on social media. This is then combined with post boosts and targeted ads to aim for the correct audience for the brand I have been working with. It has been fantastic for providing us with a concentrated increased reach that has allowed us to promote various events and product launches/competitions to their highest effect, so traction on our social media posts (and therefore the company's websites & product line) are vastly higher and help us make a big impact online in our local area.

 ### 40. While I Appreciate Its Strengths, Its Weaknesses are Almost Equal

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

Facebook Business does a great job of ad targeting, promotion, and generating morale through likes and reviews. It quantifies basic information about the business well and allows users to see at a glance the type of business, the ratings it has, and how active the users are.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

The primary thing that I dislike about FB Business is the layout of the page. In my opinion, business page layouts should be completely different than personal pages, with a cleaner aesthetic and an emphasis on showcasing content. One should not have to scroll down quite so much to see even the pinned posts. This is illogical to me.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

This is one of those services that is changing all of the time, and you have to stay on top of things to be informed. Subscribe to podcasts, articles, websites, etc., whatever it takes to know this stuff.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facebook has allowed us to generate business through ad targeting and likes, and has the added benefit of being able to cross-post with instagram. That's probably one of the things I appreciate the most; being able to collaborate with our other social media. However, I wish there was a more streamlined way of releasing ads that launch on both platforms.

 ### 41. Something always worth doing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhianne M. | Group Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

The best thing about using Facebook Ads is the way you can target audiences very, very specifically. I am always confident that the content I create can be seen by the relevant people.

It's relatively simple to use, and easy to see results, i.e. what's working and what isn't.

The new ad manager and creator studio has been extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

I often find that scheduled posts don't always post how I would like them to, I am often having to tweak things after they have been posted.

Once you start paying for ads, it seems impossible to post organically where people see the content, even if they have liked the company page.

Not much creative control over the layout of the page - I would prefer it if I could move things around and have more option in terms of design, I don't like how all the most recent photos and videos are in a grid at the top of the page, that can look clashy and messy, especially if your most recent content was a variety of different colours.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

It's worth doing - start small with the ads at first to find out what works, and then put more money into campaigns.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With some trial and error, we're solving what problems existed before in terms of where we were going wrong with advertising, and discovering what it is that our audience want - but at a small price.

 ### 42. Integral in our marketing channel mix

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler S. | Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

Self-serve platform has a simple structure making it incredibly easy to pick up and use if you're new to the platform. Unlike more conventional marketing channels (events, TV, referrals) we are able to see real-time results and react to them accordingly. It also means if we see under performance from other channels in a given month/time period, we're able (in most cases) to upweight our spend on Facebook to close the gap on KPIs.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

If you're building campaigns down to the wire sometimes they can take a while to be approved by Facebook. Planning things ahead helps, but if last minute things come up in can be quite tricky to get things turned around.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

Iterate on creatives. Get a good creative workflow in place if you have BAU activity. Experiment endlessly. Utilise the A/B testing tool where appropriate.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling up internationally. Testing new markets pre-launch. Creative testing.

 ### 43. Sometimes Frustrating

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

Facebook for Business is one of the most universally recognized social media business tools, which means that it's great for ads and publicity. It's easy to set up a page and get all of your information out there to have a consistent record of what your company is all about.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

I dislike that some aspects of the program are a bit too complex. They try really hard to be user friendly, but I wish their dashboard made a little more sense, and I wish that ad accounts were more defined. It's sometimes hard to quantify what's happening with those.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

Their customer support is absolutely terrible/doesn't exist, so make sure you do your research from other resources before diving in. This is one of few applications that I would actually recommend needing an advisor or a course on.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facebook business at surface level helps us generate a following more than anything else and gets the word out about events and changes happening in the store, and that is very helpful.

 ### 44. Facebook for Business has been very helpful for us.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim M. | Communications Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

The thing I like best is the capability to track analytics. Not only can you track basic analytics per post such as reach, engagement, etc., but you can gain insights into who your audience is. All of these have contributed to our overall strategy and the direction we've taken our social media posts and ads. We continue to learn about our audience and understand what it is they want to see from our Facebook page.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

I dislike that Facebook doesn't provide a lot of updates when they're making changes to something. We understand that it can be challenging to communicate with so many, but simple push notifications would be beneficial for those who manage pages as things are being changed. The lack of communication is challenging and frustrating and makes it difficult to adjust when something is unexpected and no additional information is available to adjust, react or prepare.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

I recommend that anyone who is going to develop a Facebook for Business page to conduct some research. There are very valuable resources out there that provide you with the basic specifications of what you will need to create a page for your business. You'll learn about logo sizes, character counts and the specific aspects of a profile. Outside of that, take advantage of the Insights that Facebook provides you. They will help you better understand who your audience is and that will guide how you interact with them. Stop guessing who your audience is.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're better communicating with our demographic. We have a large amount of followers and are able to engage in important conversations with them while also providing them valuable information. We've realized that our demographic is slightly younger than we expected, so we've had an opportunity to change our phrasing and what we're focused on to ensure that they're getting as much information as possible in a way that resonates with them.

 ### 45. Facebook business, digital expansion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** nadin c. | contaduría , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

Facebook Business is the digital platform that provides us with functionalities that allow the growth of our company. With the ability to integrate multiple administrators, I can also program my Facebook Business to delete comments that are not productive and in favor of our posts, as well as allow access to our platforms to those interested in our products. That is, to view what is published on our blog of announcements and promotions, they must send a request and subsequently, according to their profile, we integrate them into our community. It is very easy to use and even easier to register an account. Through Facebook Business, we can conduct market studies to offer the products that our clientele desires. It also offers me options and provides strategies so that our publications achieve the persuasive impact we wish to achieve on the consumer.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

Facebook is very insecure in terms of its security systems, therefore it is very likely that they can access our business account and steal information or simply sabotage our systems or offer false promotions that discredit our company.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this excellent server, we can tackle our advertising systems to give greater expansion to KKO REAL/ real cocoa processor, and open all market doors for the products we offer. Through it, we can know what our extensive client portfolio desires, and take the company to the top of the business scale we need for the benefit and productivity required. Moreover, all the benefits obtained have been the drive to carry out the projects outlined by the directors and achieve the annual goals for KKO REAL/ real cocoa processor. This medium is vital to sharpen its resounding success.

 ### 46. Facebook business, control your digital world in business.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edward V. | licenciado administración tributaria, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

I love this application, it is very versatile and through it I can perform many actions that lead me towards the direction I want to take with my businesses. Nowadays, advertising and marketing manage me through social networks, and that is why KKO REAL/real cocoa processor joined this great Facebook community. I like it a lot because as the page administrator, it allows me to perform the actions I want within its functions, and it really has many functions. For example, managing all digital marketing accounts through Facebook Business; by simply adding it, we can manage other accounts more easily. Additionally, from here I control the traffic of comments from my followers, meaning if there are comments that do not add productivity or simply discredit our products, they are automatically deleted from our panel so that all comments are positive if I wish. Furthermore, I can add partners and employees for administration. The partners affiliated with this platform can perform the same actions as I do, unlike employees who are limited to many functions that only the administrator and partners can execute.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

Facebook Business is a fabulous extension of Facebook where we can promote advertising in the market, but there are negative factors that influence the application, and it tends to be attractive to hackers, which is not convenient at all since confidential information of our company is handled.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company continues to scale daily thanks to Facebook Business, as this magnificent application provides us with the best services in terms of digital marketing, proving beneficial for our company through this Facebook extension, expanding us in the market and promoting advertising day by day through this platform. Making Banco Exterior, C.A. grow exponentially in a surprising way.

 ### 47. I have in the past, and will continue to use facebook for Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | Flooring Specialist, Furniture, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

The best thing is that I can promote sales, events, merchandise etc. I can post photos or even videos with the help of Facebook for Business. If a post or advertisement for my business is not getting the attention it needs, I can pay a very reasonable price to have it boosted, improving the number of people it reaches tremendously.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

I dislike that Facebook will often nag you to boost an ad even if it is performing well on its own. I have several FB groups that I share my ads to and often they get more exposure organically than the boost can offer.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving almost all of my advertising via facebook, and thanks to FB I can invite people to like my business page and all that do automatically see any ads or promotions I post.

 ### 48. Very good for posting take away deals and offers

 ### 50. Facebook for Business is Great

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** matt o. | Doctor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Facebook for Business?**

Networking with relevant contacts and ability to target those adverts directly to the people with whom you wish to target. There are some great integration features too that mean you can really get the job done.

**What do you dislike about Facebook for Business?**

Bit clunky to use. sometimes it is not clear where you need to go to get the job in hand done.

Sometimes you do need to reach out to your wider community to see what the best practice is and so that you can really make sure you are creating, making and managing meaningful and impactful campaigns.

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook for Business:**

It would be necessary to consider all your options but ultimately Facebook have the market cornered in terms of targeting and therefore it is essential that FB for Biz is your choice.

I would like to see the platform be developed a little further and additional browser support and integration would be nice and if that can be achieved that the adoption rate for most business and organisations will be enhanced and accelerated.

**What problems is Facebook for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrated Instagram campaign leading to significant sales opportunity. We really are heading towards a more modern way of selling our products services and offerings to a wider market. It's really not so easy to reach disparate sets of people from all over the planted and show your product as the most compelling product in the market place but we believe with FB for Biz that we can really achieve this!
