Easily interacts with users and kicks me feedback for leads. Good marketing tool.

**What do you dislike about Facebook Crawler for G Suite?**

Lots of connection problems with users.  Very frustrating and has cost me business. Ultimately had to switch back to marketplace.

**What problems is Facebook Crawler for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely helps expand your market reach.  Has brought lots of new sales and boosted my business tremendously using social media.

**What do you like best about Facebook Crawler for G Suite?**

I can connect with anyone from the past or present. It enables me to see what people are/are not interested in, can post questions, recommendations, or ask for opinions. Gives fast, firsthand feedback. Also good marketing tool. 

**What do you dislike about Facebook Crawler for G Suite?**

I only see certain things on my timeline according to who I interact with daily. Facebook uses an algorythym to show on your timeline according to who you interact with the most. Which doesn’t make sense because then, in a sense, you lose direct contact with those who may need it the most. 

**Recommendations to others considering Facebook Crawler for G Suite:**

Have someone who knows how to use social media be your Facebook user.

**What problems is Facebook Crawler for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expanding marketing by connecting with millions, especially when your friends share an important post. It can reach people that you yourself are not friends with, but that they are friends with. I like that.
