"Facebook Comments Review"

What do you like best about Facebook Comments?

I love that even a website can have a space to get your audience engaged with Comments. It also saves time for a business owner so they can reach across different platforms all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook Comments?

I dislike that others can see if we edit the post and mess up, they can see the edits πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ it is kind of embarrassing sometimes when you mess up on a post and try to fix it but long after, everyone can see it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Facebook Comments?

I like the ability to find the business I want and see the posts by the company along with reading the comments by the busness and their customers. I feel this gives me an up-to-date insight into what is happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook Comments?

I dislike the mobile site when using this platform as you often have to be logged in to see all the comments. Sometimes I want to see what is going on with the district and read how people feel without logging into the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Facebook Comments helps you say what you want to say"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Facebook Comments?

I like being able to have a dialogue with people. Oftentimes, social media these days is so one-sided and the comment section on Facebook helps facilitate an exchange of ideas and a learning experience, if used properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook Comments?

I am not sure if there is a text/character limit per comment, but if there isn't there should be one. Having a limit can help people be efficient and would minimize some rants that should be more concise. I also think you should be able to respond to anything with a GIF. They are gold! "Important part of Facebook"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Facebook Comments?

1. Comments are a significant part of Facebook, and without Facebook comments, Facebook will not be enjoyable.

2. People share their photos videos for others, and they want others' opinions if it's good or not, and the comment section of Facebook is for that to get others' opinions.

3. Comments encourages you as well tell you about the improvement of scope.

4. Use of Emojis and Pictures in comment is fantastic feautre.

5. You can include the name of your friends with @ and it will notify them.

6. From Office prospect we you the comment sections to get the marketing feedbacks on the product and system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook Comments?

1. Sometimes, comments get dirty and nasty if your post is public, especially if you are a public figure. Although the Facebook community tries to control the out-of-policy comments, still some words can hurt you.

2. Difficult to extract the data dump of comments you can just print the HTML page only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Facebook comments are useful"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Facebook Comments?

Facebook comments are one of the best things on Facebook. For a person doing business, Facebook comments from his customers help him to understand their needs. Facebook comments also help in engaging people towards the good things by mentioning each other on posts. Facebook comments on study groups are constructive. Questions can be posted from one person, and the rest people can share the answers and the solution method in comments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook Comments?

Things I dislike about the Facebook comments is that sometimes people comment hatred on each other posts, which results in disturbance in the mental well-being of a person. People should not comment wrong on each other. Such people should be banned from spreading hatred from Facebook comments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Limited functionality"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Facebook Comments?

The plugin is very easy to implement on any site, with the right resources it could be implemented in just one day. The plugin doesn't require any login system to be implemented on the site because is integrated with Facebook login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Facebook Comments?

It's not possible to keep track of total comments or any sort of statistics about user engagement with the comment system.

It lacks auto-moderation features.

Doesn't work well on iOS and Safari.

Very limited customer support from Facebook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
