**What do you like best about Facebook Comments?**

Facebook comments enable a business page a quick way to engage with their audience and expand their reach.

**What do you dislike about Facebook Comments?**

However, most of the time, FB comments are broken for business pages. When someone tags your business page in a comment, you are no longer able to see that notification under your business page. It also seems like the ability to see and comment on location check-ins was also removed. Facebook keeps taking away features we need and use just to give us stuff that's broken ad useless.

**What problems is Facebook Comments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. But it has made me realize how much I dislike working with Facebook.
