A particular expectation on routine analyses. Today it is very easy to create indicators from ticket analysis, less so with routines. An indicator allowing the analysis of multiple routines is difficult to modify; a new one will need to be created if we want to add or remove routines to analyze. To date in our company, routines represent the least developed feature according to our needs. Push the stats on the negative points in order to target, within the different routines, the points we observe as failing and that we would like to highlight more simply as being an irritant and/or recurrences.
