It can be a bit overwhelming to get into at first. But as said, the team are very helpful in helping us to understand it. **What problems is F6S solving and how is that benefiting you?** They provide a submission platform for Ocean Community to receive applications for our yearly innovation challenge. The UI can be difficult to navigate but with time everything makes sense. **Recommendations to others considering F6S:** If you are looking to get your program in front of a wide range of companies F6S is the best platform we have found to do just that. **What problems is F6S solving and how is that benefiting you?** I run a virtual accelerator program that sources startup companies from around the United States and the world. F6S has played a pivotal role in the overall success of this program. We have used this platform for almost 4 years now. Each year we have ended up with a high volume of companies, many of them being very high quality as well. Their platform is pretty intuitive and user-friendly, taking the hassle out of organizing and tracking startup applications manually. It makes it easier for us to filter different pipelines, countries, programs, and other characteristics, building stronger data management for the pipeline. It's also interesting for us to be able to see when an applicant started to fill out the form but didn't finish it. We can send direct messages through the platform to make them aware of any upcoming deadlines. Additionally, we can create events and promote them to a particular set of profiles within the platform. Essentially, it makes our life easier for the whole recruitment process and it keeps a good and organized database of profiles. **What do you dislike about F6S?** The process to promote an event and/or validating the event's profile could be more straightforward. Currently, we are promoting a couple of events, for example, and I had to exchange a few emails with our support person to be able to actually start promoting it. I think it would be a great addition if it was possible to actually see who received the event's promotion as well. **Recommendations to others considering F6S:** Make sure to keep your profile/organizational profile up to date.
