It also autofills general information so that you don't need to build it out in your submission form. **What do you dislike about F6S?** It can be difficult to navigate if you have multiple organisations or programmes that you are running. I had challenges adding admins and giving them full access to the pipeline. However, the F6S team was very helpful in assisting me with the development of the submission form. **Recommendations to others considering F6S:** A good platform for managing a pipeline of startups if you are running competitions. **What problems is F6S solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run an annual open innovation competition where we invite Tech start-ups from Africa to apply to by submitting their novel business ideas. We use F6S platform to build a pipeline from which we shortlist the top 10 startups to pitch at final pitching. It is an intutitive platform to add external evaluators who conduct the evaluations. ### 2. Even if there are some changes and not transparent options, we can always ask the team for help. **What do you dislike about F6S?** This is more of a wish - to provide customized tools for targeted promotion among startups, allowing users (for example, competition holders) to easily reach all potential applicants on the platform **What problems is F6S solving and how is that benefiting you?** F6S helps us centralize the startups from around the world who apply for our programs onto one platform. And it's not just about keeping their information; we can also interact with them - communicate and evaluate. This is incredibly helpful, especially when we need to assess hundreds of startup applications within a short timeframe. It makes it easier for us to filter different pipelines, countries, programs, and other characteristics, building stronger data management for the pipeline. It's also interesting for us to be able to see when an applicant started to fill out the form but didn't finish it. We can send direct messages through the platform to make them aware of any upcoming deadlines. Additionally, we can create events and promote them to a particular set of profiles within the platform. Essentially, it makes our life easier for the whole recruitment process and it keeps a good and organized database of profiles. **What do you dislike about F6S?** The process to promote an event and/or validating the event's profile could be more straightforward. Currently, we are promoting a couple of events, for example, and I had to exchange a few emails with our support person to be able to actually start promoting it. I think it would be a great addition if it was possible to actually see who received the event's promotion as well. **Recommendations to others considering F6S:** Make sure to keep your profile/organizational profile up to date.
