Each professional works full-time and is exclusively assigned to one client. It is not a recruiting agency, freelance platform, or Employer of Record (EOR). Clients hire across software engineering, AI and machine learning, construction and AEC (CAD drafting and BIM), customer support, virtual and executive assistance, data analysis, design, healthcare administration, and insurance. Pricing is 375–1,200 per professional per week, all-inclusive, with no setup, recruiting, or termination fees. Clients receive a shortlist of 2–3 pre-vetted candidates within 7–14 days, and every engagement includes a free replacement guarantee.
