I use this is in a daily basis. Customer support is good and they provide timely support. **What do you dislike about F5 Distributed Cloud API Security?** The documentation provided is not clear and makes difficult to understand. Costing is high. It is very hard to understand the concepts. Implementation is difficult and takes more time. **What problems is F5 Distributed Cloud API Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has benifited the organization in many ways like automating the tasks through APIs whish minimizes human error , It provides access to real time data from various sources, It also allows for detailed monitoring and logging interactions and helping the organization to detect and respnd to the security threats and also compliance issues. ### 2. In our environment too many applications are hosted and sometimes without our knowledge API functionalities and used without protection, in this case, the asset discovery feature in F5 helps us mitigate this. And the bot protection is also a helpful feature. ### 3. There is possibility of both protection rate limitation etc. **What do you dislike about F5 Distributed Cloud API Security?** There is reliability issue with the SAAS infra. I have seen many instances of glitches. **What problems is F5 Distributed Cloud API Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** The major problem industry is facing currently is the hybrid infrascture. In which something is on cloud, something is on Prem and there are 3rd party facilities as well. The F5 distributed cloud can connect to al these and gives single console for managing api security, WAF and bot protection. With the benefits of load balancing and related features. ### 4.
