Provides very reliable and efficient vpn connection to our secure production, QA environments. It is very secure (requires 2FA using Okta). UI is easy to use. In my previous machine, it either worked on a given day or did not work. it would keep on say 'downloading server settings' and connection would fail. Rebooting the machine sometimes worked, but that's not an acceptable solution. Finally, I had to get a new machine due to this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Above all, I value F5 Big IP Platform, which is an intuitive and very simple to use software, characteristics that make a user decide when using software or another. What did not convince me at all is the reliability, since the connection was disconnected several times a day, although it reconnected right away, but it interrupted your work, producing false connectivity errors. I use it to connect to company network on my Mac. Very good support for multi authentication schemes such as PingID and other 2FA techniques. Easy to use for everyone. Sometimes I just need my phone for 2FA and I am done connecting to the VPN. It has mobile access also which works pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about F5 BIG-IP Access Policy Manager (APM)? Nothing so far. Sometimes just takes time and re-connects. Slow before first connection at times. I like that it can be set up to date, currently it works with new multi factor authentication, and is typically reliable at home once the VPN has been properly configured. It has been difficult to setup/update; I was once unable to work because I needed to set up the new MFA and the platform had no way of doing this until I was back in the office.
