The diagnostic request and result tabs make things difficult at times and duplication of charges/results happens too often. I have a lot of complaints from both Doctors and Technicians in this area, which results in unnecessary repeat runs and blood draws which can be time consuming. There are options in the diagnostic tabs that do come in handy, but the communications and discharge information are not easily located or concise in my opinion. The program has both flaws and perks, but being a young system I am sure it will improve with more use. **What do you dislike about ezyVet?** There are too many steps to complete a task. The lab request process. Unallocated results. It is not very user friendly in my opinion- too many options for a single task. There are duplication's of charges and lab results that add to confusion and time consumption, as well as unnecessary repeat runs and blood draws. I get a lot of complaints from Doctors and Technicians in regards to the diagnostic results. The communications are not chronological by design that leads to confusion. The discharge information is, by far, the worst aspect of this system, Which I feel as an emergency Hospital, should be the most user/client friendly and it definitely is not. **Recommendations to others considering ezyVet:** for small businesses I think it would be very helpful. **What problems is ezyVet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking of errors is simple, and employee profiles can be helpful as long as the employees engage in the use of the profile options, but most feel that it is too much work to use effectively. ### 2. It is also a program that frequently sends out updates and is constantly improving. The most impressive this about this program is you can tailor it to each clinic. Their support team is very helpful and efficient when we have questions. **What do you dislike about ezyVet?** It takes a very long time to put in a change request to see things start to change. Some changes seem a little arbitrary and pointless. The program is based in New Zealand so the time difference can prove to be an issue on Friday afternoons but otherwise you can get a hold of someone in a timely manner. **Recommendations to others considering ezyVet:** Be ready for a learning curve. It is not a difficult program and support is absolutely wonderful but make sure your team is on board and be prepared for some frustration. **What problems is ezyVet solving and how is that benefiting you?** EzyVet helps us organize charges when seeing a patient thus preventing us from missing as many charges. They allow group charging for basic surgeries which is very effective but still allows for adjustments as needed. **Official Response from ezyVet -:** > Hi Alisha, Thank you for your review. Regards, the team at ezyVet ### 3. ezyVet Review **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Veterinary | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2019 **What do you like best about ezyVet?** Communication between departments and facilitating client call backs is simple and easy to assign by department or specific employee. **What do you dislike about ezyVet?** The software is not designed for use in an emergency clinic/24 hour setting. Quickly checking in emergency arrivals is difficult, and invoicing is very confusing for patients who are admitted for multiple days - there can be 5 or 6 separate invoices for a single stay in hospital. This is often very confusing for clients. **What problems is ezyVet solving and how is that benefiting you?** ezyVet is not a perfect fit for a larger 24hr hospital setting but it is updated frequently and changes to the software are able to be requested/voted on. ### 4. I think there is too much information spread out that could easily be condensed or refined to a simpler process. Some payment processes are ridiculous in terms of how many places you have to check to ensure that it was processed correctly after an incorrect payment. **Recommendations to others considering ezyVet:** It is not as efficient as it has the potential to be. Gets the job done, but many times you have to spend hours trying to fix a problem or find the exact tab you need to input information on. **What problems is ezyVet solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows for easy storage of bulky information, quick messaging between coworkers and to clients. ### 5.
