EzyInfra is an AI-powered operations and finance app for infrastructure contractors, built first for IOCL (Indian Oil) Capex-1 contractors in India. Contractors working with IOCL normally juggle several separate portals (eFMS, SDMS Pro, Sahyogi) and logins every day just to handle a single complaint. EzyInfra brings that work into one mobile-friendly app, so small teams spend less time on portals and paperwork and more time on site. What EzyInfra does: - Complaint management: complaints from eFMS appear automatically in the app and can be assigned to a supervisor in one tap. - AI Agent for portal work: the agent creates permits on SDMS Pro and accepts them on Sahyogi, and shows a screenshot of every step so you can verify it. - Automatic documentation: site photos and dealer letters are turned into a ready PDF without manual formatting. - Billing and invoicing: prepare BOQMS entries and invoices, sign with a DSC inside the app, and generate GST e-Invoices. - Payment tracking: follow each bill from upload through to payment. - Expense and profitability tracking: capture expenses from a photo of the bill and see profit or loss for every complaint, so you know which jobs actually make money. - Dashboard: a live view of revenue, expenses, invoices, project value, overdue invoices and gate activity, filterable by day, week, month or custom dates. EzyInfra also supports wider infrastructure operations, including project and BOQ tracking, contractor management, gate passes, procurement and RFQs, approval workflows, and compliance checklists, for EPC firms, contractors and suppliers.
