EzyBiz LEX gives each lawyer an Australian business number in an iPhone and Android app, with QRYSTEL, an automated answering service, on the same line. It answers in the firm's name, routes calls by the mode the lawyer sets (Available, Screen or Unavailable), takes a legal intake, makes warm transfers and books consultations. Every call and text becomes a file note filed to Smokeball or SharePoint. A$79.99 a month per lawyer, GST included, with no per-call fees and no contract.
