We've been using ezyCollect for a number of year and its automation has made a major difference to our debtor management process. The new features in SimplyPaid have also made a massive difference in streamlining our processes (we now use just ezyCollect & SimplyPaid for all Direct Debit's and customer payment collection where we previously needed multiple).

To be honest, there is not much we dislike. Maybe just the updating contact details in Xero sometimes doesnt update and sync with Ezy collect. That could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EzyCollect sends Auto-Generated email reminders to customers, provides customer reports, and provides a list of tasks to do. It makes the accounts receivable process easy and smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
