It has allowed me to solely manage to debtors and keep them at a manageable percentage. I like the ease of viewing debtors by high dollar value, as well as number of days outstanding, so you can target your calls and emails appropriately. **What do you dislike about ezyCollect?** Can't really think of anything. Other than the system being down or not synching, which is rare, and generally fixed pretty quickly. **What problems is ezyCollect solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is allowing multiple email reminders to go out to debtors on a daily basis, and allows me to view who the letters are going to so that I can manipulate the system as required. ### 3. The new features in SimplyPaid have also made a massive difference in streamlining our processes (we now use just ezyCollect & SimplyPaid for all Direct Debit's and customer payment collection where we previously needed multiple). We also love the investment they are making in new features and upgrading the platform to always improve its functions and features. **What do you dislike about ezyCollect?** One challenge we have is that with our accounting system communication activity isn't shared, so we do sometimes need to check in multiple places to confirm updates on account statues. **What problems is ezyCollect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automation, great reminder functions, payment facilities, client invoice portals, increased productivie and debtor insights. ### 6. Maybe just the updating contact details in Xero sometimes doesnt update and sync with Ezy collect. We find SimplyPaid very useful for our customers to be able to pay us easily. We used to have a physical EFTPOS machine, so customers had to call us with their card details when they wanted to pay via credit card. Now, we just send them the SimplyPaid link. ### 14. Also the cashflow after lockdown was severly improved by customers paying their bills on time And saves our sales team the stress of having to make sure the accounts are up to date before they take the order... I have also done a recorded review with AJ from EzyCollect for UBT and arecommended it to 2 potenetial clients for them **What do you dislike about ezyCollect?** Not sure... Im not as good at the telephone call follow ups as I shoud be. Not the softwares fault... Otherwise it works well for ,e with no real issues The credit rating for nZ companies doesnt really work yet as far as I know **Recommendations to others considering ezyCollect:** Strongly recomend it to any company to save time and bring in cash. **What problems is ezyCollect solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves us being a bank for our clients. So it gets the cash in, but also reitterates that what you buy as a client, you need to pay for as soon as the agreed date of payment is due Gets teh $ in and saves us paying one of our staff to do it. Means they can focuis on their real job! ### 17. It keeps notes of all discussions with customers so we multiple people know what is going on very quickly. **What do you dislike about ezyCollect?** That the customer payments receipts doesnt work correctly and we have had to turn this feature off **Recommendations to others considering ezyCollect:** I think you will be so surprised how much time it takes and customers get used to the rhythm and know they will be contacted if they are late. **What problems is ezyCollect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time taken to debt collect. We have over 1000 customers and as we grew debt collection took longer and longer and MYOB was not really setup to deal with it easily. I love that it sends texts. ### 18.
