I'm a big fan of the UI/Ux - we are talking about light years between some older systems I've used and Ezus. It's more adapted for the team, and there is a net interest in being productive and personalized without adding a big bag of manual work on top. Charles and Jeremy know the industry, and it shows in the product. I was a little skeptical about going for such a young product, but the implementation of the setup ( all done in collaboration with the team) very much reassured me of the quality of the service. It's not so much a dislike; it's just being realistic; there are other legacy tools on the market, connected to GDSs and automating a little more some tasks, Ezus is not there yet. Ezus has everything that I used to do manually before in one place. I can send amazing itineraries in 10 minutes.
