**What do you like best about Ezus?**

The have a very good supporthey have very good support. They always take the time to think along with you and almost always come up with a suitable solution. The system is very flexible to adjust to your own workflow.

**What do you dislike about Ezus?**

The suggestions from the PowerPoint integration are sometimes a bit too limited and don’t offer enough design options. This has recently been resolved by the HTML option, which we will start testing now.

**What problems is Ezus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first thing they solved for us is that the entire funnel from preliminary proposal to booking used to take a lot of time. With Ezus, this process is much more efficient. Now we are also going to try integrating the next step, so the event organization will run through Ezus as well.

**What do you like best about Ezus?**

The high level of customization was a key factor in choosing Ezus. It gave us the flexibility to adapt the system to our workflows, and the team supported us closely during the migration, making the transition smooth. While some features were initially missing, many have since been added thanks to ongoing updates. The Ezus team is professional, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented, always offering alternatives and keeping us informed about enhancements. The platform is stable, reliable, and has genuinely improved the way we present our trips—especially through tailored traveler presentations that boosted client response.

**What do you dislike about Ezus?**

Some features we initially needed weren’t available. However, the team has addressed most of them through regular updates and is clearly committed to ongoing development. The internal emailing system and booking system needs to be improved (although majority of the system do not even offer those features) and I'm pretty sure they will be doing it soon.

**What problems is Ezus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ezus provides us with a one-place solution that streamlines our entire workflow. We can create appealing proposals and quote directly from our product catalog in much less time than before. It also helps us keep track of activities and tasks, manage service bookings with suppliers, and handle payments both to suppliers and from clients.

**What do you like best about Ezus?**

The automation of proposals, budgets, and travel documents has allowed us to save a lot of time. Additionally, our budgets now look much more professional, which has increased our sales. The support is exceptional; they are always attentive to our needs. The system is intuitive, helps us better organize our finances, and is ideal for a company like ours that works with international clients. The multi-language function (Spanish and French) is an invaluable tool that greatly facilitates our daily work.

**What do you dislike about Ezus?**

Make improvements regarding Although the system is excellent, we have noticed that the loading of rates and the variables in the documents still have some details that could be optimized for greater agility. However, we know that the support team is always attentive to our suggestions to continuously improve these aspects. We greatly value that proactivity.

Organization.

**What do you like best about Ezus?**

Ezus provides really good solutions for DMCs, with a centralized platform to design, quote, track finances, and present programs. The real dealbreaker with Ezus in our case was 100% the customer service.

We’ve just started our second year, and it was only thanks to Nataly. After the first year, we had a lot of suggestions and requirements to make the platform truly suitable for us. Nataly listened to each and every one of our requests, solved them, and most importantly, she took the time to really understand what we needed. That’s why we decided to renew our membership and continue with Ezus.

**What do you dislike about Ezus?**

The uploading process and the programming of the templates is a little overwhelming and time consuming, but I guess that's part of every software acquisition...

**What problems is Ezus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ezus help us quote faster than we used to. Now we are wroking also in design a good template to create a good "client's space".

**What do you like best about Ezus?**

Designing tour packages becoming much organised. After uploading prices, pictures, descriptions, activities, hotels and transport, you are just choosing whatever you would like to add into package without checking any information. Then platform also generate slides to send to the customer. We are almost ready to use the platform to send offers to travellers. And our team thinking to continue with Ezus from now on.

**What do you dislike about Ezus?**

Adding right data could be challenging  in the beginning  and might require quite time. But after adding right data you see it's worth it.

**What problems is Ezus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Ezus?**

As a travel agency, we love using Ezus because it makes our work so much easier and faster. The platform is super intuitive, and the customizable features allow us to tailor proposals to our clients' needs effortlessly. The live chat support is a game-changer—whenever we have a question, we get quick answers. Plus, the video tutorials help us make the most of all the features. Overall, Ezus has significantly improved our workflow, saving us time while keeping everything professional and organized.

**What do you dislike about Ezus?**

While Ezus is a great tool for travel agencies, it does have some drawbacks. One major downside is that it’s not a full CRM, so we still need additional software to manage customer relationships effectively. The price is also quite high, which can be a challenge for smaller agencies. Another frustration is that when we request changes or new features, we often have to wait for feedback from other agencies before anything is implemented. This can slow down improvements that would make our workflow even smoother.

The all in one tool. As I created my company, this software helps a lot to get rid of  an massive stack of tools and processes between them.

**What do you dislike about Ezus?**

It can take some time to get used to it as it's very complete but as you go, it becomes easier and easier to understand.

**What problems is Ezus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ezus helps me on my processes. I used to have a lot of tools stacked together and with Ezus i now have reduced it, as well as all subscriptions alongside. Also it helps save a lot of time in the quotation making.

Thanks to the Ezus software, we are able to respond more quickly to customers. And in a more professional way, very complete with Ezus functions.
We save a lot of time in the preparation of files. Errors are reduced among our employees.

Ezus captivated us with its effective and attractive design. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. Ezus has everything we need in our Voetravel Tour operator to keep the organization focused on its daily objectives

Everything is useful on the platform, however I would suggest a better CRM and more developed statistics and to a lesser extent UX improvements

**What do you like best about Ezus?**

As an agency working with tailor-made products, I am in need of quality visuals and to be responsive in the proposal we make to other agencies and final customers. I appreciate having a 360° tool for managing the business, and the collaboration with Ezus team,very responsive to our feedback, as well as the training they provided to be able to use the tool quickly. Since we joined, we have improved our conversion rate significantly, and we still have room to improve our use of the tool!
We also like the collaborative approach of the tool to work efficiently within the team.

**What do you dislike about Ezus?**

Nothing - we like the continuous improvement approach meaning a tool we need today will quickly be available in the next upgrade! Integrating suppliers' email would be the next exciting feature for us, and maybe customers' email to make it a complete CRM.

**What do you like best about Ezus?**

The digital solution is intended for travel agencies specializing in tailor-made tours for individuals or groups.
It is a new revolutionary tool (for us!) with all the automation, the management of our numerous data, the automatic calculations of margins, turnover, volumes...).
They have put many videos online and have very good commercial support.
The quality/price ratio is very advantageous and therefore very quick to pay off. It is a green investment.
I can make all sorts of proposals and customized quotes, using my usual data and previous proposals.

**What do you dislike about Ezus?**

The digital solution doesn't handle air and train reservations. 
The financial part and invoicing are well integrated, but the accounting is missing.
I can't send newsletters via my catalog on Ezus. I worked around this problem by creating mini websites each time with Ezus and sending the links to the websites.

**What problems is Ezus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before I found Ezus, we were wasting a lot of time and it was costing me months of wages as a project manager to do only repetitive tasks!
Ezus has canceled all the repetitive tasks. 
Ezus has also made it possible to share information with each project manager. So again, a lot of time was saved for our agency.

**What do you like best about Ezus?**

Ezus is everything we expected: fluid, intuitive, perfectly adapted to travel agency activities and customizable according to our needs.
Great reactivity of the teams, availability: perfect!

As far as ergonomics are concerned, if a little guidance is necessary at the beginning, everything is done very naturally afterwards. 

The possibility to publish on mini online sites dedicated to each customer project is great and gives a new dimension to the customer experience. 
Bravo !

Business indicators report to be developed, not yet deep enough on kpi.

Kpi's reporting: it will be more simple to analyze and react daily.

We changed to Ezus from another software and are really happy with the flexibility it gives us, as well as beautiful documents in easy to edit formats. A great software that is keeping up with changing technology!

**What do you like best about Ezus?**

I'm a big fan of the UI/Ux - we are talking about light years between some older systems I've used and Ezus. It's more adapted for the team, and there is a net interest in being productive and personalized without adding a big bag of manual work on top. Charles and Jeremy know the industry, and it shows in the product. I was a little skeptical about going for such a young product, but the implementation of the setup ( all done in collaboration with the team) very much reassured me of the quality of the service.

**What do you dislike about Ezus?**

It's not so much a dislike; it's just being realistic; there are other legacy tools on the market, connected to GDSs and automating a little more some tasks, Ezus is not there yet. There has been talks about going down that route, but I do not doubt that with a little time, we could see more features coming out.

**What problems is Ezus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The real benefit is in the customization of our trips and experiences. We had a tough time dealing with the proposals/contracting part in our sales process - it was lengthy and caused headaches. 
Now we can build our offering beforehand and sell it as it is without having to apply little hacks or adding extra work onto our plates.

Ezus has everything that I used to do manually before in one place. I can send amazing itineraries in 10 minutes. Cherry on the cake: the mini website for my clients; I have new clients every week that contact me because they have seen it from one of their friends / colleagues.

Be focus the first month to set up everything
