The most helpful features about this platform are: 1. The first and best feature I liked about this platform when I started using it was it's really smooth sign-up process. I was able to create an account within a minute and start an instant communication. 2. I was able to send SMS and receive bulk text messages online with tons of campaigns quickly and cost-effectively. This helped me send out campaigns all around the world. 3. ezTalks has lots of customizable templates in advance that lets me send great messages using those templates efficiently. The features I disliked about it are: 1. A major turn off for me was the lack of a video conferencing/video call feature in ezTalks which makes me switch to other platforms for video/face interaction. 2. The audio conferencing quality of ezTalks during is really poor as I faced lots of voice drops and even voice freezes while being on international calls. 3. The loading time of ezTalks is too long which makes me annoyed to work in the platform. The loading of bulk data consumes lot of time and the management of the data is also ineffective. With ezTalks, send SMS and receive bulky text messages online with campaigns using ezTalks quickly and cost-effectively. I can send them online from the web to anywhere in the world. What I like the most about eTalks is I can create customized templates in advance and send messages using templates efficiently. I can also upload from Excel or CSV files to import multiple contacts in batches and can schedule SMS reminders, alerts, marketing campaigns, and notifications online to be sent when needed and also improve SMS engagement by segmenting all of my contacts into different group and lists. Customer Support Response Time: On occasions when I needed assistance, I found the response time from customer support to be slower than expected.
